Since the day they opened, they made it a point to know my name. They acknowledge me every time I go in (which is often), and they are always on hand to help with anything, from getting a replacement ATM card to helping me with a home equity line of credit. Their hours are also very convenient. I love TD Bank!

Called in on behalf of a mutual client to ask a basic question about doing a trace on Wired funds. The rep Darlene I spoke to was extremely rude and not very helpful at all. I was not asking to get their account information, only if they are able to do a TRACE. Would not recommend this branch at all if this is how they treat people. They also gave their own client incorrect information!!! Neither of us were happy with their services.

My account information was compromised so I called the TD Bank customer service line to take care of it. Customer service said they couldn't do anything and referred me to my local branch. I called the branch to see if they were able to assist in any way before I physically came in (I live an hour from the branch). Darlene was able to call fraud on my behalf and freeze my accounts. Identity theft can happen to anyone, and while I'm not happy to have been a victim, this branch has made it easier to work through while seamlessly recovering from the online customer service team's inability to sympathize and assist.
