I’ve been there a couple of times for a pedicure and it’s been ok. Just ok. The staff often seem annoyed by the customers. They’re very short with their answers to any questions and they make you feel like you’re bothering them just by being there.I went for a pedicure today and I’ll never go back. The woman doing my pedicure did everything so fast and sloppy. When it was done I took a close look at my toes. There was dirt on the sides of my toe nails! I pointed this out to her and she said “that’s not dirt. It’s the way your toes are. It doesn’t come off”. I’ve been walking around with these toes for 56 years and it most certainly is NOT how my toes are. Ended up going home and soaking and washing my feet and cleaning up the sloppy mess that the women at Queenies call a pedicure. Don’t waste your money here. You’ll be much happier with the results at Maggie’s up the street!

They are the best -I have been to every salon in Hampton Bays and she is by far the nicest cleanest and best manicurist. Sorry it took so long. 5 Star Queenie is very nice and made me feel like family

Bring cash or they will charge you for credit card fees less than $25 as well as if you leave the tip on the credit card.

Always have an amazing experience here. I've been coming here for months. Very clean and they use a liner when doing pedicure. My girl is Sammy and she is great!

I have been using Queenie nails for about seven years now. I have sent more people there than I can count and spent thousands of dollars, they keep track for points so I'm sure of this. Today will be my last visit. I did not have anything other than my debit card and the total was $24 she pointed to the sign which said the minimum was $25. I explained that was all I had and it was only a matter of a dollar. When she handed me the slip to sign she had charged me the extra dollar to make it $25. I understand them having a policy for people charging small amounts but to lose a customer over a matter of one dollar seems like really bad business, especially considering I often go and I'm the only person there when it used to be packed. Today for example is a Saturday and there were only three other people in there. I suspect they will not be around for very much longer. Very sad but I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

First off the technician used her metro card to scrape off the old powder I was having replaced lol. It was painful she didn’t soak them before hand. The technician filed my nails the completely wrong shape. Not to mention grinding my natural nails down extremely thin along the whole surface with a dremel tool I asked for a French manicure the white tips weren’t uniform some were much wider than others and not straight The pink the technician used was very bright look like a little child‘s nails polish not natural at all. I was extremely disappointed I will not be back.Service: Manicures

I was upset with my nail design. The place was clean and pretty. But they rushed and didn't thank there time. Very disappointed with how my nails look.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and I loved the decor. They also are taking covid precautions.

I went here around November time to get my first acrylic set. They have me a duck tip when I said coffin. The nails looked horrible and I wanted to cry. My mom even agreed they were bad. So bumpy not at all like my reference picture. Big thumbs down had to change my nail salon after that one.
