Queenie is my go to nail spa in Hampton bays. I ask for Tom or Queenie for my manicures. They both do an impeccable job. Tom takes his time to make my nails look perfect every time!

I went in for an acrylic set and a pedicure for my boyfriend and I. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, cleanliness, and speed. However, I was very dissatisfied to see my acrylics chipping and falling off all within the FIRST WEEK. My toes have barely chipped 2 weeks later, but was very disheartened to see another nail salons low quality acrylic set fall off so soon:( another $100 down the drain, do better for your customers!

I’ve been there a couple of times for a pedicure and it’s been ok. Just ok. The staff often seem annoyed by the customers. They’re very short with their answers to any questions and they make you feel like you’re bothering them just by being there.I went for a pedicure today and I’ll never go back. The woman doing my pedicure did everything so fast and sloppy. When it was done I took a close look at my toes. There was dirt on the sides of my toe nails! I pointed this out to her and she said “that’s not dirt. It’s the way your toes are. It doesn’t come off”. I’ve been walking around with these toes for 56 years and it most certainly is NOT how my toes are. Ended up going home and soaking and washing my feet and cleaning up the sloppy mess that the women at Queenies call a pedicure. Don’t waste your money here. You’ll be much happier with the results at Maggie’s up the street!

They are the best -I have been to every salon in Hampton Bays and she is by far the nicest cleanest and best manicurist. Sorry it took so long. 5 Star Queenie is very nice and made me feel like family

Bring cash or they will charge you for credit card fees less than $25 as well as if you leave the tip on the credit card.
