Happy to see the bank back in the area. It closed near Rite Aid in HB & it was inconvenient to go to Riverhead. Only issue is getting in & out of the pking lot onto Montauk Hwy.

Bank elsewhere. Nice people who are not helpful. They also charge outrageous fees. Avoid banking here

Mostly nice people who screw up almost every single task they perform. I'm starting to think I'm being punked by someone who hates me. Never try to use the Customer Service Number if you need human intervention. It's not bad for automated info. Too many unbelievable stories to post, but consistent failure is what you'll find here if you have the patience. Move on and save yourself the agony.

After two days of phone calls, they finally fixed the situation. I also received a letter from their legal counsel explaining that what had happened to my dad was a "mistake" that they will not allow to happen again. They also included in the letter steps they were taking to protect their staff and costumers, which I hope was more than just lip service.

Horrible customer service!!!!My first experience was horrible the lady was not trying to help me at all she kept giving me dirty looks I thought when u walk in to a bank that I actually bank with would be different she made me feel something was wrong with me I felt like a totally outcast I will never go back!

Bank elsewhere! This bank has outrages and unjust fees, horrible customer service, and there are plenty of other banks you could choose that wont steal from you.
