The job was supposed to be done in the morning, but they came only at 3pm. It took them 20 minutes to install the window. God knows why they couldn't have done it first thing in the morning...They got us stuck in the house all day...

This is an extremely professional company. The two men were on time and finished the job faster than predicted. The workers were polite, thorough, and safe. They also did a great cleanup afterwards. I would use them again - all good!!!

Would not recommend. They installed a door incorrectly (lots of water leaking out) and it took them over 6months to come back and fix the error. Once I had paid the full bill they were very unresponsive and kept telling me they are too busy

They installed the shower wall in the wrong location after we specified where we wanted it several times, didn't notch the glass over the baseboard as requested and then chipped the terrazzo baseboard when they came back to reinstall the glass in the correct location. Very very disappointed and will definitely not use them again.

THE WORST! Dropped off a door to have rescreened. Was told it would take a week or at most two, and they would call me when ready. Called them two weeks later and I was told my repair was the "next one up". Great, should be ready soon, right? Called them 10 days later and was told it still wasn't done. "But I thought I was next up?", I said. "You are, but the crew is busy doing installs" they explained."Why wasn't I informed of the delay?" I asked. "We don't do that. We'll only call you when it's ready for pick up" they explained. "Well when will my door be repaired?" I asked. "We don't know. Maybe next week. Maybe in a few weeks" was the response. So I picked up my door and got my money refunded. Took it somewhere else who repaired it in 4 days at half the price.Stay away from this place.

I went to Panorama glass&mirror today to have them cut a small round piece of mirror for a cherished broken hand mirror. The first older man advised me that this would take a 1.5 weeks as they were very busy. I said time was not important and I could assemble the mirror myself and didn’t need them to do it. He then was unable to determine the diameter of the mirror.After that a very irritated second older man stormed into the show room from his office, said it would be $25 and I should buy a new mirror. They would not do the job, too small.After this performance of two arrogant older white men towards a female customer I left. I will not go back.

Wow spent 650+ dollars on screen replacements.One screeen was ripped along edge we did not notice it untill we went to install it in our house.They would not repair it for us even though it was there workmanship that caused the rip. So Sad after getting 6 re screenings and seven custom replacement screens at a heady price! wouldn’t replace one screen they screwed up.They said that I did not come back to replace it for a month. But when I went to pick up the original order that they said was ready they did not have the order finished.Honest mistakes but did not back it up.As if I have nothing better to do than trying to swindle My local screen shop. “How are we to know who damaged it “they said.It was obviously a mistake on there part.$650.00 in screens and the couldn’t res reel theirone mistake !

Panorama glass installed two of my showers when we did a gut renovation on our house. A year and a half later we are having water pouring out of our guest room shower because the sealant has fallen apart. I left them a message and never heard back from them. I finally spoke with someone and he told me that they are very busy and will tend to it when they have time. I would never recommend them to anyone as they will only tend to new business and screw those who need repairs. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I still don’t have my problem fixed and I can see I will have to report them to the better business bureau. Bottom line, THEY DONT CARE!

Service is appalling, sales people are the rudest people I have ever met...they take a deposit and then bully you around...three times they couldn't bring the appropriate glass...they don't apologize, they don't own their mistakes, they are not accountable and never call you back...AVOID THIS VENDOR LIKE PLAGUE

Excellent service and family business with great neighborhood spirit. Teally went above and beyond to help my family replace some panes of glass when we were struggling to do it ourselves. Gave advice, helped stay within a tight budget, and understood the situation without even asking. The son has made us a customer, and a friend, that we will always go to...you should too . They did more measurements than any other of our bidders, but when the custom shower glass came, everything was perfect. The installers were professional, courteous and did an excellent job. Their design transformed a good-looking shower into a showpiece. We recommend them highly.

Horrible experience!!! I waited 4 weeks for an order when they said 2-3. Could not give me any indication of actual due date. And then they measured incorrectly and had to reorder.Storm door I also ordered must be closed manually and the one I had from Home Depot on old house was no problem.
