went in to change my phone, the person who assisted me was great. however, they added services onto my account without saying anything. i don't blame the workers, it's management that forces them to do things like this. considering many of these locations are low traffic, management holds these metrics over the employees heads. rather than properly train their employees on proper selling techniques, they push them to "slam" services onto accounts in hopes that customers will not notice, or notice too late. this allows them to say they're doing a better job selling services to corporate, when in reality they are using deceptive practices to deceive and steal from hard working men and women who already don't trust them.

Phone service sucks. Can barely make a phone call or answer the phone without being disconnected

I have called this store numerous times. They pick up and hang up. I call back then get fax machine. Then called back and no one answers. This is a bunch of BS and poor customer service. I guess I will go to T-Mobile or stay with boost. Metro just lost a customer.

No one ever answers the phone at any of these stores. I rings and rings then goes to a fax machine. How do they stay in business.

Its a fairly new and remodeled store that has moved from a different location. New management and staff. The store is a little small and sometimes lines get backed up but they don't have a sign in system or "take a number" policy. Helpful and patient and always willing to go beyond just "turn it off and turn it back on" Things to note: prices and promotions change often no payment kiosk cash or debit only good variety of accessories for current phones parking is a little limited the store is in an easy to find location
