Deposited cash
Took the money and no credit to account
Submitted claim they say 1-2 business days
Not the first time this has happened .
People at the branch are professional and helpful the organisation (Chase bank) is the issue
Closing account and going to a credit union.

ONE OF THE CRAPPIEST BRANCHES ON THE EAST END. ONce again ATM "temporarily" out of service, long lines at ATM, plenty of space to put in a 3rd ATM preferably one that functions. Go to southampton if you can or Westhampton.

Chase bank is the worst bank there is to deal with. They let people steal money from you account then lie to you about how and when your getting it back. Can't wait to be able to close this accout out.

Writing on behalf of my husband Antonio Gil Fazendeiro:ON 05/16 MY CHASE BANK DEBIT Account was breached AND THE PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS CRIME, STOLE A TOTAL OF $3,000 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT THROUGH 10 DIFFERENT WITHDRAW TRANSACTIONS OUT OF A CHASE BANK BRANCH LOCATED IN Hampton Bays, in their 47 West Montauk Highway Branch. Branch number 0639. Replacement cards were requested on my behalf, when I never asked for those cards, the debit card I had on me was deactivated, when again never asked for those actions to be taken.NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN CONCLUDED AND MY CLAIM WAS DENIED WITH NO RESOLUTION. The Chase Hampton Bays Branch manager informed me that I should wait to reopen the claims, for them to receive the footage. However, from my point of view, how come my claim was denied if the footage was never reviewed? Every time I go in to check on the status, she is “not in the branch” or “in another branch”. I have gone to see her about 6 or 7 times since she told me to wait for the footage and she is “not working”.Today is 06/24, my money was not returned and now they are running me in circles not allowing me to open another claim until they receive the footage. All I ask for is to have my case reopened, footage reviewed and my money returned.I also ask for more security on my checking account. It is unbelievable how easily is for someone to gain access of my personal information and steal so easily from an account and a bank that claims to be stable and secured.

Told me to get documents to prove my address, went to get them and then didn't have time to see me. Poor customer service

Overall I don't have too many issues with this branch, and the teller are usually polite and helpful, but it does seem that the ATM machines are always out of service, money or upgrading the software so can't use. The machines need some serious upgrading...

Worst bank ever. Drive thru atm always has an issue which leads everyone to stand in line at the only other ATM. Took me 25 minutes of waiting on line just to withdraw some money. Chase needs to invest on updating this branch.

Drive-up always very slow. Customers with more than one transaction should be made to go inside. Just sat for 8 mins and same car is still at window. Updated 14 mins for one car.

Went there to open a business account and the place was empty not a single custumer. The banker or whomever it was told me I had to make an appointment. I mean how lazy can you get ?!

Teller was helpful, but man, the banker was so rude. All the respect and care you'd expect from a giant, impersonal conglomerate bank.Do yourself a favor and find a solid credit union.

Excellent bank, tellers are exceptional and the location is perfect!! I always recommend this bank to businesses associates, friends and family.
