In response to your claim, we are in the business 40 years. We are not inexperienced with commercial equipment. As a matter of fact, your service staff is most likely less experienced than we are. In addition, you are accusing us of unnecessarily calling you for a service that you should provide-- isn't it part of your customer service and business? The accusation is direct proof that you are lazy. Nothing was prompt, we waited for your response over a week and your services even after that, so "dispatch quickly" is incorrect. We perfectly understand that temperature fluctuates when we open and close the doors, we are not idiots, once again, we've been in the business for 40 years. The temperature fluctuates drastically (not just a normal expected few degrees on a daily basis) that is what has been happening. You will honor the warranty that the equipment has soon enough or you will give us our money back. We will make sure of it.
