DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE NOT A LOCAL!Will never, ever rent from this establishment ever again. My family is from out of town, so we pride ourselves on finding companies that we love. We love establishing ourselves as repeat customers to a small business doing well. We have rented from Jake’s before and had a wonderful experience. Our second time was horrific enough to switch boating rental companies. From the beginning of the interactions were beyond disrespectful. A young woman working there accusing of tying boats together while merely standing on the dock, the men in the boathouse getting wordy and upset when requesting the car that THEY valeted. Absolutely the most rude behavior ever. Will never be returning.

What a fabulous experience with these guys. Boats were in very good condition. We got the pontoon 8 passenger but it was only a few of us.The guys were patient showing us how to drive, they were friendly and accommodating. What a fabulous experience- highly recommend at fair prices , wow. Definitely would use them again and only them.Had the boat from 10-6, you get it for 8 hours if you choose full day.Awesome experience

Im not sure how to add to a company that already has 4.9 stars but I'll try. We had a family reunion on the same lake as Jakes but not on the lake itself so we rented a pontoon boat for 5 days. My family used the boat every day even on rainy days for at least a few hours. We went into hammondsport to the beach, we went to 2 restaurants for drinks and food (The Waterfront was excellent and the staff was phenomenal). We had a tube for a few days and we flung various combinations of adults and children all over the lake. From the 80 year olds to the 4 year old everyone got a chance to go and we taught many of the children how to drive a boat too. Its very easy to say we all loved Watkins Glenn, Montour Falls and Corning Glass Museum but the boat rides were the highlight of the trip. The staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating! Thanks "Jake "!!

A great option to enjoy the Finger Lakes. This business was hospitable & friendly, and offered a great deal with our group rental of kayaks. Based on our experience, I can only recommend JBL to have more tandem kayaks and check the back rest of the kayaks as one of us couldn't adjust the back of her small orange board and was uncomfortable after an hour. Good business and very well located!

Had issues with a trolling motor battery. Searched for a boat Marina or boat rental close to the bluff that was open early. Was lucky enough to find this place. Called them up and they were able to help me and get me back on the water fishing again. There is a nice selection of boat rentals here. Pontoon and ski boats. They also have a nice little store that has a variety of items to purchase. Food , Drink, etc .. Very thankful for their help.

Great experience renting one of their pontoon boats for the day! The boat was in great shape and all the staff were easy to deal with and helpful! We had a great time boating around Keuka and would be back again!

Awesome boat rental facility and friendly crew. We went to a winery after - had a great day. This was only my 2nd time renting/driving a boat and they were pretty hands off and don’t offer a ton of safety instructions- which is totally fine- but you should have SOME basic knowledge. Enjoy!

Great service and customer support from Jake. Be sure to get reservations early - booking online through website and email is easiest. Boats go fast, especially if you're looking for a week long rental.

We rented a house in keuka for the weekend. Check out was 11AM on Saturday. Our boat trailer was completely broken down and unusable for 2 weeks and our boat was already in the water. We called everywhere and Jake was the only place to help us out. He let us use a trailer and store the boat for us for the next two weeks. Great place, great people.

This is where you should rent a boat from if you are visiting Keuka Lake! The gentlemen who own and operate this place are as kind and accommodating as can be, they have a very nice fleet of boats, and their prices are extremely reasonable! My family and I had a fantastic day on the water and we will most certainly be using Jake’s Boat Livery on our next trip to Keuka Lake!

The customer service and communication was great. Staff were nice. Very nice parking lot/launch set-up. The condition of the boat was "Good". The steering wheel was not aligned and the boat should have been cleaned a little better. Having said that, I would definitely rent from them again.
