Had some meds called in by my doctor and 3.5 hours later, they still aren't ready. Said 10 more minutes to finish...that was 30 mins ago. There is literally no other customers here. What the heck?!

my mother switched to this pharmacy because her last pharmacy treated her like an addict, this place is a joke they go and give you attitude everyday, and then proceed to treat her poorly because of the meds she has to pick up, i will be contacting corporate headquarters immediately and will be back tomorrow to get the associates names!!

Tops is a good neighboorhood store. They have everything you would expect in a grocery store. This location also has a gas station.

Just been shopping at Big Flats store. People/customers in there not wearing masks. When I pointed this out to the TOPS associate, his response was "what do you expect me to do about it?"...just a very bad response and attitude. So I hunt down a manager and tell him the same thing. Says he will take care of it, and he proceeds to go sit down and eat his lunch! This explains the crappy attitude from the associate... it all flows down hill. Management could care less, so why should subordinates? Rules and regs openly flouted,on mandated masks. Makes you wonder what other health and safety/food regs are just ignored? DO NOT SHOP HERE...I will not ever again!

I made a trip to Tops for their specials for my Thanksgiving food shopping trip. They had almost everything that I needed and almost all the specials that they offered! The only thing they were out of was the Jiffy Corn Bread Mix!!

I have been in this store for many years and it is always clean. The staff is always friendly. If there is something you are looking for and can't find on shelf, they are always willing to help find things for you. I like the brand Tops and use alot of the stuff as it is much cheaper than the other brands. There produce is usually fresh and always stocked so you can find what you are looking for.

Went in on Fathers Day to get some Corn at 1 pm no Corn no fresh Vegetbles either very picked over Sad no wonder they are bankrupt

We did a take-out dinner of fish and chips with a side of coleslaw and a roll. It was very good. very generous portions and it didn't take that long to prepare!
