I requested a quote based on all 5star previous reviews, and not only did Tim have the lowest price (including a military discount), he did an amazingly clean and professional job installing a new AC system for my grandparents. Tim installed the AC units at our last two houses. Both installations were smooth and professional at a very reasonable price. He even spotted a minor problem with our water heater and fixed it at no extra charge. We recommend him highly.

I wanted to be sure to post this review today on Veterans Day to prove that Tim dropped everything on a cold holiday weekend to help me out!We were otherwise looking at a very long extended weekend with no heat until other options would have reopened for service calls on Tuesday. Being in an old house, of course there were complications with old obsolete parts having failed and no replacements to be found, again, until Tuesday. But Tim was able to MacGyver together a solution to get us through and get the furnace back up and running.You just don’t see this type of can-do dedication and integrity that often anymore in the trades.My cat and I owe him a huge debt of gratitude for coming out deep into the evening on a holiday weekend.
