I ordered all of my salon furniture from Keller. Absolutely love it. One pedicure chair came with a slight defect, I addressed it and they replaced that part. Tracy was fabulous and helpful

My experience with Keller customer service has been great. I chose them because of their reasonable shipping rates, when my order arrived I realized that the chair based I received were incorrect, I was worried that fixing this would put me way behind schedule but Brandon was quick to respond and I had my new bases within days. Because of this experience I will continue to use them for my future orders.

My wife and I ordered most of our salon equipment for Keller and had a few issues with the chairs. We reached out to customer service as we needed a hydraulic pump and T-bars replaced for some of the chairs. Martin and Brandon helped us out, got the replacement parts out to us right away and were extremely helpful in getting us all situated. The chairs are like new and couldn't be happier with the level of service and speed with Keller! No need to shop anywhere else for our salon equipment! Thanks you Brandon and Martin!!

I have supplied my whole shop with barber chairs from Keller. Recently due to growth with in my business I have needed an additional 2 chairs. One of the chairs that was sent had an incorrect piece….photos were sent…apologies were given by Keller International staff and my issue was taken care of…I’m all about customer service. Martin senior tech has shown remarkable and timely customer service. I will continue to purchase all my products needed for my barbershop through Keller based of their services alone. Thanks again Martin for getting me taken care of.

I can't speak highly enough about Keller International! I ordered some color racks and a salon station that have completely transformed my space. However I ordered 1 too many color racks. Kelly Savor made my return and exchange process so easy and stress free! She walked me through all my options and steps to proceed. I can't wait to get my new chair and mat.
