Twice now I've purchased a belt from the Hamilton TSC. Both times the belt broke in the adjusting mechanism after only wearing 3 times or less. They would not return or exchange the belt. It was a few days over 30 since purchase. So I basically paid $60 for 2 belts to wear a total of 5 times. Never purchasing from TSC again! Also manager was rude and acted like how dare I come to her for help.

received 3 pr of ridge cut dungarees i got the wrong size. I got 40 needed 42 or44 which ever you had in stock. I brought them in to the hamilton ny store. The mgr was nasty and said i could not exchange without a sale slip. I explained i got as a gift and did not have sales receipt. I only wanted a different size in your house brand of pants. I buy 1000s of dollars of stuff at this store every year. The mgr treated me like i stole the pants! You spend so much money advertizing to get new customers, well you lost a old customer! UPDATE after calling main office they took care of my problem.

In small town NY everything closes early. Our toilet seal busted at 745pm! We called TSC and asked if they had one and would stay open long enough for us to run out and buy it (we got there at 8pm and left at 805). They had it ready to go when we got there!They have always been super helpful, but this was above and beyond!

This is my favorite Tractor Supply store! Finn was stocking at the end of the aisle and quickly noticed that I was looking for an item that I couldn't find - he was right on it, looked up the item and found it for me. He then helped me find another item and was super cheerful about it. The staff at this store is very attentive and always really friendly! Thanks, Finn, for your help today! :)

This place has great stuff, but when I tried to return a single item with the receipt of less than two weeks old they would not refund my money. The reason was because I didn't have a flat piece of cardboard it came with. Even though their sign states whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Needless to say I called head quarters and they made it right.
