Had to do multiple loads several times because the machines don't work properly. Very disappointed because this used to be the best place to do laundry. We won't be going back.

Honestly Terrible. Less than half the washers are working at any given time, ATM would not give me cash and took forever to even give back my card, both coin machines are constantly out and I've never seen a single person who actually works here. Id rather drive the 30 minutes to the next town to do my laundry than use this place. For a place with less than half working machines, it should not be charging that much for a wash it's robbery. Wish I could give this zero stars it's truly the worst laundromat i've ever been to.

High ratio of broken washing machines, no bathroom, no wifi, almost no seating, overpriced. But the machines that do work get your clothes clean and no complaints about the dryers. The laundromat in Oriskany Falls is better in every way.

Very bad. 7 of 14 washers don't work 4 of 12 dryers don't work. Washers and dryers both have clothes in them that have been there a long time. Drive somewhere else.

Too many machines not operable...need better maintenance program. Some A-hole left their clothes in 4 dryers and didn't come back in the hour & 1/4 that I was there. The dryer had stopped for at least 45 minutes in the one that I wanted to use, because I know that one dries good! THANKS!!!

I drove to Waterville because none of the washers work, this place is disgusting and the dryer either burn ur clothes or don't dry them

When I was there a ton of the washers were out of order, the bathroom isn't open, and the coin exchange is out of order. They don't have internet anymore either. The only good things I can say about it is that it's relatively clean.

Half their washers are out service, some aren't tagged and just take your money. Don't waste your time! There's a appliance store one door down, maybe they can figure out a way to work together
