I have not purchased a vehicle personally, but I do see the effort put in by Morgan when she does videos explaining the vehicles in stock at Friendly ford. She makes the whole process look smooth and easy going. She seems very knowledgeable about every vehicle she speaks of. Stop there and ask for her, you will not be disappointed!

Morgan was our salesperson and she was WONDERFUL! She answered all of our questions and make sure we were happy with our purchase, she even had things for our kids to do while we waited to get our van. I recommend her to everyone!

I have been a customer since Friendly took over the dealership in 2020. I just picked up my third new Super Duty. It is always a great experience dealing with the staff at Friendly Ford. I highly recommend Morgan as a salesperson, she truly works for the customer. Morgan is very professional and personable. All of my dealings at Friendly Ford have been excellent from ordering in a new truck to the service after the sale.

I can tell you that my experience with this company was a fast and easy going. My sales lady Britinie was the best. I told her exactly what I wanted and she was caring and she took her time on helping me get approved and she was so kind. She honest and she won't steer you in the wrong way my brothers go through her. I would recommend anyone who trying to get a safe ride or a upgrade to go talk to her. She will help you get in your price range.

I worked with Britinie at Friendly Ford and I just have to say what an amazing job she did. Not only did she know what she was talking about, but went above and beyond to make stuff happen. Our purchase was for the Town of Lincklaen and we got a beautiful 23 f-150. Anyone looking go see Britinie! Not only can you tell that she is just as honest as honest can be but she really foes go above and beyond foe not just her highway departments but customers. Highly recommend.

Twas November 2021. Friendly Ford was one of very few dealerships that had a Maverick for test driving. I reached out and was contacted by Morgan. We drove an hour to test drive the Maverick and ultimately put in an order. Morgan made sure we were comfortable throughout the process as well as occupying our 2 year old!! Morgan made sure to contact us periodically throughout the waiting process. Forward to July 2023. As if we never lost contact the 100 percent satisfactory customer service continued!! Again she took the time to be a friend to our now 3 year old girl!! The process was overall painless thanks to Morgan and we couldn't be more appreciative!!! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a car to buy. No pressure, good knowledge base, and 1000 percent best in class customer service. Also David Kramer worked diligently to get us the best possible deal we could get to suit what we were looking for!!!

I have been buying Fords for over 50 years. I ordered a 22 Hybrid Maverick and waited over a year and four months until finally taking delivery of a 23. Exactly the way I ordered. These are very trying times for the auto industry, but if it wasn't for Jesse I most likely would have missed out on my truck! Everyone at Friendly was extremely professional and helpful beyond any other car buying experience I have had . Also salesperson Katie Chlad was very thorough and made the whole process enjoyable!!

I just had another great experience at Friendly Ford of Hamilton, NY. The lease was up on my 2020 F150. It was time to turn it in. I sat down with my salesperson, Richard Ryan, and we considered buying the 2020 F150 or leasing a new 2023 F150. The better choice was leasing the new 2023 F150. The vehicle I chose was at their other Ford location. They brought it in and delivered the next day. The Sales Manager, the Finance Manager and my Salesperson all did an excellent job. I highly recommend Friendly Ford of Hamilton. The name Friendly definitely applies.I had a great experience at Friendly Ford in Hamilton, NY. I had a 2007 Escape that would not pass inspection that I needed to trade in. I was upside down with the loan on the Escape. It looked impossible. I'm a contractor and needed a pick up truck to replace the Escape. My sales person, Paul Jackson, did a fantastic job of working the deal with the help of his finance department. It was a friendly, low pressure experience resulting in a new 2020 ford F150 4x4. I'm very happy with my new pickup truck. I recommend Friendly Ford of Hamilton for your next vehicle.

Our experience with Morgan was absolutely amazing. Went went there expecting to look at a truck and be pressured and hassled. We were already pre-approved and had a different raptor in mind. Morgan and the rest of the staff treated us like friends and family. She even went as far as watching out 2yo while we went on a test drive. When we returned all the staff were playing with our daughter and she too had a blast. It was solely the professionalism and family atmosphere that swayed us into completing the purchase of our f150 raptor at friendly ford over the competition. They even removed a vinyl sticker we didn't like after the vehicle was sold to us. The truck was ready when they said it would be and I would purchase every car, truck or suv from this point forward at friendly ford. They earned customers for life. Morgan rocks!!! Ask for her

I have to say that this was the best car buying experience not only that I’ve experienced but also better than most I’ve heard about!!! Brittney was not only patient with me over the last year and a half she never once pressured me about anything. Any time I contacted her she would immediately respond. I have brought my last two Ecosport car from Friendly Ford. I love my car and enjoy it. Friendly Ford does get me in as soon as they can and most of the time it is the same week I call them. They work around my schedule too. Picture is my old one and my new one.
