2023 -My boat cost over 5k for a ceramic coat. The first time I brought it in, they did a good job, but did not take their shoes off while in the boat, walking on my brand new sea deck (6k sea deck) I had to have the entire interior cleaned when they were completed.2024- brought it in for warrantee touchups. did not even wash the top of the boat and said it was done, they just did the easy parts. They told me $700 to do the top and they would seal the entire boat and extend warrantee another year. ??? They did not wax the top, they said they did, but they just wiped it down. And no it is not waxed. water should bead up after a wax job. Ive had my boats waxed for over 40 years, I know the deal. To be fair I attached some photos. Wax or no wax, you decide. I will wax it and update my picture, Snow job.

Update: I'd like to stand corrected. I arrived here this evening and Ian promptly took of the overspray issue and also went out of his way to buff scratches out of my paint that have been there for quite awhile. I admit, these guys are good and will do whatever it takes to earn your trust and business. In the en, the price is worth the service and then some.I had paint protection and rust coating done yesterday at the Hamburg location. There is overspray on the passenger mirror that will not come off, thus limiting the visibility, and there's undercoating on the tires which now have stones in them making it like I'm riding on ball bearings causing a shimmying in the steering wheel.As a result, now the car has to go back and Hamburg is out of the way which becomes yet another expenditure in time. I'm not entirely sold on the product yet since this is the first time I've had this done and I sure hope the good money paid to get this done was worth it.

I have a wonderful experience at Ziebarts. Everyone that I dealt with was polite and professional. I would recommend Ziebarts of West Seneca to anyone needing their services. My car came back looking beautiful and very clean. I’m completely happy with Ray and all the staff I dealt with at Ziebarts.
