Best in store service I've ever received anywhere and I tend to be quite picky but found the perfect mattress in minutes thanks to the stellar service and at a damn fine price. Will definitely be coming back for future mattress purchases.

Just needed a mattress in a pinch. Not too expensive, but above a cot. Went in late but received excellent service. The salesman was named Bill. Didn't push us to spend more than we could, didn't overwhelm us with info, just straight up honest & made sure we left happy. Thank you Bill. Can't speak for delivery because took it on the spot, but I strongly would recommend this business to anyone in need of a mattress.

Would not recommend this place. What little you save on the mattress you pay for in the lack of service. They delivered the mattress and were like two bulls in a china shop with no regards to the interior of the house. They also leave all the garbage for you to get rid of yourself including the old mattress and box spring and packaging the new one came in. Left two messages last week with customer service with questions about our warranty and still haven't heard back. No customer service at all.

After only 2 years of my mother have her bed it’s lumpy. We called and said because her bed had a small stain they won’t do anything for her. How does a stain have to do anything with how her bed is. A bed is supposed to last 7-10 years.

I have to say I'm really disappointed in the delivery of my mattress. I purchased this for a spare bedroom in our upstairs apartment. I have mobility issues due to recent cardiac surgery. I didn't realize until after they had just left all of this garbage in the spare bedroom. They should have removed it when they left but they did not. When I called the driver back he basically told me yeah we don't do that have a nice day. I doubt I'm going to be returning and making any more purchases just based upon the way I was spoken to by the delivery person

Don't go there. They scare customers into buying cheesy mattress protectors for $60 telling them that they pretty much won't warranty the bed if you don't buy one. When the bed finally arrives, you see the the protector you own is far superior, go back to the store with the "unused/unopened" protector, and they don't refund your money. SCAM !!! Don't buy one!!!!

I purchased a hybrid mattress the gentleman in the store just wanted to make sales. Sold me a floor mattress delivery people were rude and did not care. Also the mattress I received and just recently noticed on the tag the mattress was made 5/17/17. Terrible can't believe I was sold a 5 year old mattress. Do your homework these mattresses might be old recovered returned mattress.i am so disappointed. Plus the mattress is uncomfortable and since I have no recourse to return I would never again buy from them and won't recommend them.

Bill Fisher was amazing!!! Great customer service did not feel pressured whatsoever unlike other places was so outgoing and kind. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone! He was awesome!! Will definitely continue to go back.

Sale was good. Delivered when they said they would. Delivery was bad. Over worked delivery people and they just wanted to get out of there. They left trash wherever it was. Haven't slept in the bed yet, hopefully it will be good.

Absolutely loved my experience in the hamburg store.Bill was my salesperson. True professional. He was patient with all my questions. He never tried to sell me. He listened to my questions and showed me a memory foam queen, with an adjustable frame that kept me within my budget.I can recommend these guys enough.Kevin

This is the worst place to buy a mattress at. I purchased a mattress and a bed frame from them and they delivered it to me 6 weeks after they said I would get it and then it was the wrong mattress and bed frame. When I went back to the store to confront the sales people about it they told me there was nothing they could do for me and that I had to call the warranty department. So I called the warranty department and the told me that I had to try and warranty the bed that I received that I could not get the bed that I paid for because it was on back order. So because there is nothing wrong with the bed that I received there is nothing they can do for me. So now I am stuck with a bed that I didn't want and a bed frame that doesn't fit the bed that they gave me. They also will not take the bed back and refund me my money because they do not give refunds all sales are final. I would think twice about trying to purchase a bed from this place. This place has no customer service at all.

It seems like a good deal on the bed. Time will tell. The customer service was some of the worst I have had in my life. An older woman who should know better and has worked at the Walden Ave. store for a long time. Live and learn and never go back.
