They are scam. Do not call them or they will rip you off. My driver got stuck there and it was 1 hour job. I understand they charge 2 hour minimum port to port. But they charged us 1.5 hours extra after getting the job done. We have all the time records.

If you need a tow don't waste your time. Called, the driver took all the information stated he had a couple of tows before he'd get to us. Waited 4 hours called back immediately went to voice mail. Driver never came nor did he call back. Totally unprofessional

I broke down right in the parking lot of my hotel in Hamburg N.Y. The ball joint on my truck came apart and my wheel flipped on the ground 2/3 of the way into a parking space. I panicked and called the first tow company I saw on the web in Hamburg. Jay said he would be right over and he was there in minutes with a helper and they attacked the problem like a pit crew. They jacked and wiggled my front end back into place. They also called for back up due to the tight space and the need for a shorter ramp truck. With some muscle and know how they and the other driver had my truck on the flat bed and on its way to the repair shop! Jay you are the man. I highly recommend Wny. Fast,friendly, and professional!
