They were great! My car had a recall. I made an appointment. I had no difficulties. Everyone was super nice.They have a very comfortable waiting room. I took my golden retriever. I didn't realize the overhead door would freak her out. Next time, Libby will have to chill out at home.

Not impressed with the service here, there quick to say no, we can't do it and always take the easy way for themselves, but you end up paying more . Accessory shops are for what you want,not what the shop wants.

Bought a new truck and didn't have a hitch. Dealership called and they took the truck in right away and was done in 15 min. Excellent customer service AGAIN!!

There not direct dealer accessory, But very good quality. Less expensive too. Witch is nice. I would recommend them.

Called the shop, Craig answered right away, told him I needed WeatherTech floor mats for my 2021 Edge SEL (12/0621), said "not a problem we can the mats in tomorrow (Tues 12/07/21)" Told him lets save time and when they all come in call me. I got a phone call from Craig 12/07/21! Exactly what I ordered, helped take the boxes out to my car. Following Covid law to the max, office was clean, well lite, orderly. Not the last time I will do business here! (The salesman on my recent is 4565...whoever he is, friendly, helpful and knows customer service)

I am really surprised that West Herr does service work out of this location. This has got to be the worst possible facility / location to run a business where you would potentially have customers coming to. Just pulling in to this place is like trying to make a pit stop at Watkins Glen lol. Then, if you're lucky enough to find the entrance to the lot, you park your vehicle underneath an aging megalith highway billboard sign that hangs out off a single pole. Once you open the front door to walk in you have to side step the one single chair available for customers to sit in that is in a 3' x 3' vestibule accompanied by some out of place clutter like a mop and sack of salt or something. It's HAZARDOUS. There are about 5 good sized staff computer stations BUT THE CUSTOMER WAITING AREA IS THE FRONT DOOR VESTIBULE! HELLOOO? So you hand the guy your keys and he sends you on your way back out to the parking lot which leaves you with two options. Play frogger walking across the 6 lanes of traffic to another business on the other side of the highway while it's pouring rain outside or go take a stroll through an abandoned WalMart parking lot full of cars. AWESOME. I wouldn't send an enemy here for accessories for fear that I may be become an accessory myself if God forbid they have an accident walking over to a waiting room across the highway!!! Sorry for the dry humor but in all honesty, I can't believe this is the level of customer service West Herr provides their customers who have chosen to spend additional money with them to outfit their vehicles with accessories. Not what you would expect from the largest dealer in the region. I'm sorry, but it's a fair assessment.

Tyler and the crew did both a remote start and wind deflector install on my 2012 Nissan Juke and all work was done flawlessly and faster than quoted time! For comparison, I had bought a similar unit at Best Buy, and needed 3 trips there for the geek squad to still fail to install starter correctly and we tried 2 diff units also. Such a miserable exp there and that would have cost me more to
