I have leased vehicles from West Herr Ford in Hamburg for the last 9 years. Vaune Grecco is my "go-to" salesperson, there is none better! I also get my car serviced there, at Quick Lane, so that I have a complete record of what's been done to it. Today, I had an oil change, a tire rotation and a New York state inspection. The gentleman that took care of me was professional, friendly and very helpful. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, everything taken care of to perfection. I am absolutely thrilled with the Quick Lane Service center at the West Herr Hamburg location!

Love my new vehicle!!! Kelly, Emily and Marius at the Hamburg store and Dennis at the williamsville store made the whole process seamless - practically in and out ...I had requested special running boards which Kelly found and had put on the very next day. Would definitely recommend this team - very friendly and informative! Thanks guys!!!

I was asked by Mo to come in 6/27/2023. I was told how aggressive his manager was to sell vehicles. You know, same BS from a different location. Anyhow, I knew the dealer deception well. However, for craps and giggles took a ride. YEP, got their and they had no plan of action. Only deals were great for the dealer. Looked at a lot of used and new vehicles on the web they did not have; But, deceptively advertise. I know the owner. Great guy! The employees are in the game for money. They don't care how they get you in. They offered to buy my 23 Kia, but never took the time to look at it. And I was not sure they were even interested. So, I said bye to Mo. Left with my wife. I am going to keep my 23 soul and continue to work it. Plus, We have decided to buy a third vehicle (Truck) from a private seller. Yeah, the dealers tell you how much better it is to pay 10 grand more for same they own. However, In reality. Buying private will save you a lot of money. AND, you can buy the same prime warranty the dealer sells for less than half the cost, online. I bought a lot of vehicles from WestHerr, However, things have changed and Greed is the dealer rule. Maybe if there is really a deal and a vehicle. They might sell more. No reflection on the owner. He does a lot of good for cancer research. But, a sale-man is just a trained monkey who will do anything for a better paycheck.=========UPDATE! I just bought a used 2020 Ram with 24K miles from Basil Resale. 06/29/2023 They gave me 21 grand for my trade and the truck was discounted to make a prime 6 year BB warranty possible. Steve was a fun sales guy. In fact; We all had a great time. At least the truck I asked about was actually there for sale. Not a BAIT AND SWITCH like WH has been doing. The WH trucks they don't have are still on their website as available. Big let down that forced me to look into another dealer. My truck is in the picture list. Thanks Basil. You really went all out to get it done.

I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change, inspection and to have my rear window of my soft top looked at and I can say that I will NEVER be bringing a car back. I had an appointment at 9am the gentleman that i worked with was rude and short with me instantly telling me that he could do my oil change and inspection but not even look at my soft top I had a question about. Then 4 hours later I got a call (yet again very short and rude) saying that they could do the oil change but the inspection wouldn't pass because of a tint issue in the small quarter windows. My car has passed inspection for the last 5 years I have owned it with no changes (there is no tint issue). I looked into the inspection and he flat out lied to me saying that the inspection rules changed this year, they did not and told me that the window only allows 7% light through which is also just not true. Thats not even why I'm upset, I cant believe the lack of willingness to explain why they cant help or look at my soft top or give recommendations. I finally got a call back 6 hours after I dropped my car off, all they did was an oil change and when I asked about the soft top rear window it took another individual that worked there to offer a suggestion on where to go or how the windows in the soft top are secured. Overall just very poor customer service and a bad attitude.Services: Vehicle Inspection

My husband and I have purchased 4 cars from West Herr so far and we are always beyond satisfied. We always go with Ron Czech as our salesman. He is always easy to get a hold of and responsive. If we give him a call, he always responds within an hour or so. He makes us feel like family. Ron has worked in the field for over 35 years and we trust him with every purchase. He makes the car buying process so quick and easy. Ron sends me a birthday and christmas card every year! The service department is also excellent. They will give you a detailed estimate before doing any work on your vehicle. The prices are fair. Never met a friendlier crew in the show room. The quick lane is great for oil changes. Sometimes the wait is long, but the waiting room is large. They offer popcorn, coffee, comfy chairs, tv, and a clean bathroom. I wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else!

I started bringing my used explorer to west herr following a recall. I was very happy with the results. However I brought my vehicle in December 22 for an unexplained clunking noise in the right front end and was told it was a left bearing? After almost $900 nOuse persisted.Sent an email no response. called and got an appointment, supplied a rental(thank you) as they kept it for couple days....investigating??As it turns out changed couple parts in front($188.00) later and guess what noise is worse than ever! At that point I was told not sure what the cause is...... so here is how I see it $1000 later and no change! Rip off!!!!

I have only made 3 pmts on the purchase of my Escape and have had multiple issues with the service dept. NOT believing me that there was an issue with my vehicle. After multiple requests I finally had the Service Manager drive with me because the previous technician said everything was fine. Well, I only have had it at that time and it turned out that the Tourque converter needed to be replaced as well as the Drive Train! Previous to that I had to have a part replaced which was behind my glove box and after picking it up there were tools on my passenger side floor board as well as my fire wall insulation! I had to pay the deductible in regards to the converter and drive train. That was very disconcerting to me! Do think that that was fair! At least I had the foresight to purchase a Warranty! Wasn't expecting to use it in 3 months! I would like if possible to get my warranty payment payment back. If I have to I will call Steve Tasker, Josh Allen and or Mr. Bieller.

Just bought a 2019 Ford Edge from Bill Pease at West Herr Hamburg , NY. He was a nice , polite, knowledgeable sales person. We we're happy with the deal and with the car we picked out. I would recommend this company. Over the years this is the 3rd car we have bought at this dealership. We have been happy customers.

Went in car shopping as I recently totaled my car, told the sales person my budget and he jumped to conclusions at the best case scenario, not that i am young , and nothing about credit , nothing. When i tell him my price range he grabs the car not knowing that my interest rate is gonna be a lot higher then he thinks because of bad credit. The car was priced at 15,500 and they wouldnt budge at all. Kelly blue book says the same car goes for 9,000-11,000. They wouldnt even go down one thousand dollars just to out me in my price range. The sales manager Vinny rudely came in saying he didnt care about anything other then the commission, even blatantly told me " oh well you totaled your car". He was so snobby and everything he said just got right back to the point that he did not care at all if i was happy he just wanted the commission. Would not recommend going to this place if you are looking to negotiate, and make sure you tell them your credit is low if applicable, before hand.

Sound the trumpets, start the parade, let the fanfare begin--WELCOME to my THREE-HUNDRETH YELP REVIEW! :-DAs with all of my centennial reviews, I like to pick someplace significant to our fam' to write about. For number three-hundred, I landed on West Herr Ford of Hamburg: ** We have had our trusty family trucker'ster, our much-loved 2012 Mazda 5, since we bought her brand new in 2011.** But she had almost 130K miles, and was starting to give us some nagging issues.** I literally cried, and cried hard, parting with my beloved Mazda 5. :-( #RIPMazda5** But West Herr Ford of Hamburg was there to soften the blow from losing my dearly departed. ** I started our West Herr journey entirely online, first confirming I could get the financing I wanted; the online application and communication was fast.** Then we shopped around entirely online for a vehicle that met our requirements; the online filtering and saving was also very easy.** I was in email communication with John Foster and Bill Pease, who were very fast and helpful in snagging the specific car we wanted to see, and setting up the test drive.** Buying during pandemic times, Bill and John were also totally accommodating to keep our interactions as contact-free and sanitized as possible.** When we decided to purchase the vehicle, Bill and John were also fantastic to hold it for another week for us, so we could make a larger down payment and improve our financing.** Negotiations were all by phone and online as well; in the end we came to a fair price and great deal that met our financing needs, and got us the vehicle that met the needs of our family.** When it was time to pay and sign, Bill and John were again very patient and accommodating to have all of the paperwork finalized, so we simply had to sign and pay our down payment. It was a lot of papers to sign, but they put us in a private sanitized room, and it did not take long.** We left the vehicle for some additional work, and once that was done a few days later, a couple of very friendly West Herr guys delivered it right to our home. Thanks Dylan and Dylan's pick-up ride! ;-D** And so far, so good, #KnockOnWood!, with our new-to-us sweet wheels! ** We went with a 2017 Chevy Equinox LT; we wanted a bit more car this time around than the Mazda 5, just enough to haul our pop-up camper or bikes. The 2.4L engine Equinox LT CUV was just right!** She's a sweet, cool white paint job, which was perfect since I prefer a lighter color car ... but she's her own thing because she has a black pinstripe! I've been watching carefully at other white Chevy Equinox LTs on the road since we picked her, and have yet to see another with a black pinstripe. :-DSo LOTS of thanks and appreciation to John, Bill, Dylan and other guy :-), and Eric Miller (the financing guy), for making this all happen for our fam'! I am grateful for your patience with my email questions, your fair dealings, your pandemic precautions, and all of your collective time and effort. If you are shopping around for a new or used car, check out West Herr of Hamburg, or any of the West Herr dealerships. This is our third West Herr purchase over the years, and surely not our last. Unless my newly beloved Equinox is immortal. #FingersCrossed :-D
