We found ourselves needing to buy a car with this pandemic going on and we’re so extremely happy with our experience. Darwin was great and stayed in contact the whole time. We were able to get just about everything done over the phone and the car buying process was so smooth. We will be west herr customers for life. Thank you so much west herr we are so happy!

I have leased a 2018 Chevy Trax and purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus from this location. My experiences went smoothly. Both Sales women were outgoing, knowledgeable, accommodating and an absolute joy to work with in such a big purchase! I highly recommend Jenn Olsen and West Herr Chevrolet!!

Horrible communication. Went to get my car fixed on a Saturday. Was told part not in until Wedn. I asked for a rental as my car isn't functional and they said they don't have any currently. Fine. The following Monday (9 days after I dropped my car off) - no call, no update. So, I called - multiple times for them to tell me part isn't in and they don't know when it will be in- computer just says backordered. Asked for a rental - no rental and they "don't know" when they will be getting a rental returned. How do you not keep track of you rentals? Said Enterprise is a option that she was going to call and call me right back. Well she never called back and said that she didn't get to it yet and that there is a prob. because they only will cover 3 days. So, here I am using uber to get to and from work plus not being able to drive my three children that are car-seat age around. Luckily, we haven't had any emergencies where they needed medical attention- thus far. Lesson learned...stay clear.

If you asked me when I bought my car how I felt about West Herr I would have totally told you to go there to buy your next vehicle I even had decided to only go through their service department for all repairs and maintenance of my new car BUT now I can say stay far away from the West Herr monopoly the past few times I've tried to make appointments for oil changes 2 weeks before I needed them they would tell me they were totally booked for a month so ok I'll have to take it elsewhere but now I've got an emergency with my vehicle and it may be covered under my warranty but when I called this morning I spoke to Christin( first issue if you call for service and get her ask for anyone else she's not very knowledgeable) and explained my situation and she said there were no openings until 2 weeks out! Ok well West Herr is big enough I asked if I could take to any other dealerships to have fixed because it's not just something basic and she said they're all booked! So apparently West Herr has become too big to support their own customers and now I'm searching for another Chevy dealer to have my car fixed ASAP and next year when I was planning to bring my business back to West Herr I can already have a new dealership! Also a few years ago when I first bought my car I made an appointment for an oil change and had to wait over an hour because they took a walk-in over my appointment!

Ask for Dale. I have not seen service and a great attitude like that since I left the south. You can tell he asctually enjoys his job and will treat you like a actuall human. Gives dealerships hope after all. If you read this great job and I look forward to dealing with you if I need more parts!
