Shane was fabulous! He was attentive, helpful and made sure to let us know we were his priority even with everything else he had going on. He was very personable and had great communication. He found us exactly what we wanted even though we went in with no real idea what we were looking for. He made the process painless and recommend going to see him for your next auto purchase. Everyone that we came in contact with including Mike the Branch manager were amazing. 5 stars all around. And their coffee is great too.

I was interested in a new truck
Stopped at West Herr Chevy. I worked with salesperson Eduardo Rivera and manager Mike Schaefer who I know and have worked with previously. I could not have been treated better. They both worked with me to get me what I wanted and at a fair price. I highly recommend see these two gentleman for a pleasant experience. I am truly pleased with my purchase and time spent there

Jennifer was our service writer and she was professional and accommodating. I had an appointment on Friday 23 of Aug. @ 1:00pm and was unable to make the appointment. I asked if I left car there all day Sat. 24 Aug would she be able to do the inspection on my car. She agreed to leave car, without any promises. I got a call at 1:00pm and was informed car was completed. Thank you Jennifer for job well done.
