Been going there since I was a child living in the neighborhood 45 years ago. Most recently with my granddaughter. Today we stopped in for allergy medicine for her. She had a sudden bathroom emergency and I asked if it was possible to use their restroom. I was told it wasn’t for public use. I guess they would rather have a five year old urinate on their floor. Shameful and disgusting. One less person will be buying their overpriced Melissa & Doug toys.

The store itself is great, lots of great gift items. However the low rating is for the pharmacy. I have been to this pharmacy twice, and both times had to leave due to inconsistent service and rude staff. Specifically the older gentlemen who has lost most of his hair, who’s miserable mug has been there for far too long. I believe his name is Mark. Against my better judgement I went back a second time hoping he would have retired or learned to be kind, and patient, unfortunately that was not the case. He talks down to people and refuses to explain things professionally and politely. What a shame.

Wanakah Pharmacy is a very nice pharmacy with great customer service. It also has great gifts for adults & children. Plus a very nice selection of greeting cards for birthdays, sympathy, encouragement, and church sacraments like weddings, First Holy Communion & Baptisms. Locally owned and operated.

Today, we received our second COVID vaccine at this pharmacy. Beyond measured, this was the best for service, courtesy and mental sanity in these trying times. Scheduling was not a nightmare as expected. Yes, surprisingly, they answered their phone and added our name to their list. Our appointments were prompt, and we were out of the pharmacy in 15 minutes. No waiting, no lines, no hassle, only politeness. No reaction after the first vac, not even arm pain at the site. Sitting here now, no reaction or arm pain after this second vac. Seniors, if you don’t have a computer to get you on the list, just speak to the pharmacist and they will assist you. Thank you Wanakah Pharmacy staff. You are the best ever. BTW, this is the cutest little place. Lots of things to look at that would make great gifts. Thank you, thank you, thank you❤️.

They are covid friendly, friendly in general, good for call ahead, and even bring to the car if we don't want to bring our son inside. They even order special flavors for his pediasure and elecare jr.

It feels good to still support a small pharmacy. This is where we go for all our needs. Thisnis the store we've set up with all our doctors for electronic orders. They are quick to fill orders. The staff is always friendly and helpful with every question. The store carries about 1of everything youd find at a bigger store. They also have a large selection of greeting cards and gifts. They have a pretty decent selection of puzzles too if you are looking for your next covid project.

Forget a birthday? Anniversary? Any holiday imaginable. Adorable, one of a kind, last minute or any minute gifts. And affordable, not including the pharmacy, that stuff is expensive.They have Buffalo, Hamburg and local items. Like books and puzzles.Only open like 9-5 or something.
