The store was clean, the clerk that checked me out was friendly, the employee that asked if I needed help while browsing was friendly and helpful
The women checking receipts was avoiding checking anyone's receipt from self check out, when I questioned her she moved infront of my cart like I was going to leave and ignored the question. Do better walmart

Overall had a horrible experience. Ordered New rims for my 2023 car and bought tires from Walmart. I wanted to bring the rims in my pickup truck and drop them off so I didn't damage the interior of the car. I was told I was not allowed to do that by Walmart tire service area and when I started talking to the manager of the store he turned his back and walked away. I had to cancel my order because I wasn't going to damage my car putting tires and rims on leather seats in order to get tires at Walmart and then back home. If this is how they respect somebody's vehicle, I wouldn't want them in mine Very sad. This is their policy. Wanted to make sure other people are aware of that because that is not good. I didn't say I wasn't going to bring my car. I just had to bring it separately from bringing the rims and they told me there was no possible way to do that. Overall, I would never recommend the tire service center at this particular Walmart. Maybe other ones are better. Thanks, Dan

Purchased a battery at the service center for my car. Was told to bring my car in around 7:00am and they would squeeze us in. Brought my car back in the morning around 7:15am and was told there is no way they could install the battery and the woman working said she thinks the guy that told us to bring the car back in the morning should be fired! I said time isn’t a problem, I could leave the car and she said it wouldn’t be installed because only one tech showed up. Had to return the battery because no one will install a battery purchased elsewhere. It was just a waste of time and no one that works there was helpful to any degree! Just an overall bad experience. She said they don’t do appointments for batteries, appts are for oil changes and tires only!

Worker at door need to learn how to read the receipt and they must have morals.Not all customers are thieves.this is not our problem
