They are the best. I took my FIV (+) kitty with a fever and breathing issues over there last night. Everyone was so kind and helpful and patient. He was in good hands. He’s already feeling better and running around the house like a crack head again. Would highly recommend them.

Had an emergency visit here with my son's Shepard and couldn't ask for better care. Yes you pay for an emergency visit but the quality of service and personal treatment for myself and Jill was exemplary

As a medical professional, I am completely floored with the poor quality of service in this vet clinic. My dog had taken an antibiotic at the discretion of her primary vet and we believed she was having an allergic reaction to the medication. We discussed this with both the vet and the vet tech, and they completely disregarded our concerns, citing that my dog was "acting fine" and that she could not be having a reaction. My dog was severely swollen in her face and eyes, and was very restless. The demeanor of both the vet tech and vet was not very kind or empathetic. They sent us away after taking our money and offering us no help. Our dog spent last night continuing to be swollen and restless, and she began vomiting this morning. Upon calling our primary vet, he told us to bring our dog in immediately as she was having an allergic reaction to her medicine. Thankfully my dog is doing fine now, but if you are considering taking your animal here I would think otherwise and take them to a better qualified facility to recognize true medical emergencies with staff that do not dismiss your concerns.

Today my girl Ruby required an ER visit. She has been battleing cancer since 2023 with countless Vets. We saw Dr. Bork, she was very informative and talked to me in layman's terms unlike another vet I have been dealing with. She gave us a good plan and we will move forward on Monday requiring some minor surgery. Staff is GREAT! Nothing worse than a miserable staff when your pup is in dire need of care

Dr. Botero and staff were wonderful this evening. Had to bring my lil guy in for an emergency visit and although emergencies come with a cost, their availability to take care of our furry friend on such short notice - and with enthusiasm - is worth every penny. Hats off to the medical professionals in this facility. Looking forward to bringing him back for healthy visits.

I wasn't going to write a review, but I woke up today more mad than I was yesterday. I brought my dog in yesterday because he had been exposed to the algea blooms at Green Lake im Orchard Park and had been throwing up since. I'm thankful the lady at the front desk and the actual vet was super nice, but the vet tech was incredibly rude. I tried explaining everything from the last couple days and she rudely cuts me off almost with an eye roll asking when he started throwing up. I finally got to explain to her Maverick has a sensitive stomach so I wasn't sure if this illness was a result of the blooms or this treat he had. He has been acting very disoriented and out of it and completely not himself and I was trying to explain more symptoms but she made me feel like the worst person ever saying "I'm more concerned about the new treat he was given knowing he has a sensitive stomach" first of all - its an all natural treat that he had 3 weeks ago and was completely fine afterwards. Im not sure why he would have such a horrible reaction now? Second of all, I examined every ingredient in the all natural treat and it has every single ingredient in it that I use to make my dogs home made treats so there's no reason it could be this treat. Also, when I say he has a sensitive stomach (if she would have left me explain more before making me feel like my dogs illness is my fault) I would have explained, he is allergic to any chicken based dog food and he has bad reactions to most medications, which she should have known considering her place of employment benefited off of. HIS VET gave him a medication and he wound up in the ER 3 hours later. He's not allergic to treats that have passed the ingredient check. I told her I had a bag of my dogs poop in the car because I wanted a stool sample ( she ignored me) I asked if she wanted to see the treats and ingredients ( she shook her head no), which is strange right? If she believed it was all the treats fault, wouldn't she want to know what it was that made my dog so sick? What if someone else comes in with a sick dog and says they gave them the same treat? Then the Dr would have a starting point and a pretty good idea that there is something wrong with these treats. I think its incredibly wrong to get an attitude and make someone think they are the reason their dog is sick before getting all the details - most people don't go to an animal hospital and spend $150 just to walk thru the door for the fun of it. People are going to be scared and upset for their dog and the last thing they need to be greeted with is a vet tech who hates their job or thinks all pet owners are stupid. I'm very knowledgeable about my dog. I know my dog better than anyone. I love my dog more than anything. And for this woman to not talk to me at all, except for shaking her head no, rolling her eyes and then copping an attitude and not let me finish telling her about my sick dog, and just tell me its my fault for giving him a new treat (after it passed ingredient check and that he had weeks ago and was completely fine) is absurd. Do better.

Our dog, Lyra, had an emergency and I was frantic. I literally thought our dog was dying. I called them and they got her in. They were wonderful and my dog is now on the mend. My husband and I 100% recommend them! They explained everything and made sure we understood everything before we left.

Been a client of VVC for over 20 years since moving to this area when the office was a small house. All my pets that have been patients here have been taken care of with the upmost care and dignity. VVC has been consistently professional and compassionate. They are eager to help with any concerns and provide many options for the care and treatment of your pet! I have always recommended VVC and always will!

I’ve been coming here since my dog was 10 months old and diagnosed with a form of lupus not too long ago. They have been fantastic taking care of him, getting him in to do surgery as well as being responsive with all questions. On top of all that my dog distrusts all new people and has grown to like the techs he sees when he comes. Great place definitely recommend it.

My last review was 3 words, Extremely rude doctor, not sure what about that constitutes a personal attack but that kinda shows the intelligence of the owner/employees, I called to explain the whole situation about how they manhandled my elderly cat that was newly adopted and got upset with me because the rescue was still getting me the medical records, don’t make the same mistake of coming here during an emergency, try OP they’re amazing.

Staff, Vet techs and Doctors are all excellent. Tula wasn’t stressed so it was a good experience and the bill wasn’t exhorbitant.
