I use UPS every single time for my returns and they are so quick and easy just walk in scan your code and they do the rest! Won’t go anywhere else for returns!

horrible communication among the staff, i called and went in twice and was told something different by every person. i’ve had to repackage three times and go in three different times to get this package to ship and it is still in my car. unbelievably frustrating and a massive waste of time.

For an Amazon return, you can pick UPS or Kohl's. The customer service and wait time for Kohl's is ridiculous. I can walk right into UPS, the employees are friendly, and efficient. I used to go to the one in Orchard Park and when I moved I now go to the one in Hamburg. I love how they are conveniently located.

I go to the UPS store on South Park. I usually get the same gentleman every time I go in there. He always greets me as soon as I walk in and asked me how I'm doing. He always helps me out if I needed advice about packing. He's very nice and very Friendly.
