I use UPS every single time for my returns and they are so quick and easy just walk in scan your code and they do the rest! Won’t go anywhere else for returns!

For an Amazon return, you can pick UPS or Kohl's. The customer service and wait time for Kohl's is ridiculous. I can walk right into UPS, the employees are friendly, and efficient. I used to go to the one in Orchard Park and when I moved I now go to the one in Hamburg. I love how they are conveniently located.

I've always had a good experience here with fast thorough service. I've been using this shop for my shipping, copying and faxing for about 6 years and have no complaints.
