Say what you want but I have been fortunate enough to be able to purchase or lease new vehicles every 2 to 4 years for the last 36 years and have never had any make dealership as hard to get in touch with as they are. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEN TRY TO GET AHOLD OF SERVICE FORGET IT!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. Keith S

I scheduled an appt after my previous service call. It was there for a week and they could not locate the horn or alarm going off randomly everyday. Brought it back home and it continuously goes off and different times daily.

Could not find the problem and then told me I have to pay. It only has 24k miles on the vehicle and it is not my fault they could not fix the problem. The noise still exists.
