Looking for living room furniture so I thought I’d buy local. When I went in the store, there were no other customers so the owner (?) and I took our time looking thru materials. He gave me some good information, we leisurely gabbed about things. It was a nice visit-like stopping in to see a friend. The set will come in about 6-8 weeks. I hope all goes well.

Not only did I help them unload a truck when I was looking for a couch. I also had to help them unload said couch in my home. Then 2yrs later this 1800 got stuck up in the air. After weeks of back n forth which I knew what the issue was....finally got a part that I had to pay for and install myself. For American made I felt like I got better service at RAYMORE AND FLANAGAN.....WHICH I HATE. The old couple who probably opened the store in the 70's need help to get the store in order and to help customers experience and satisfaction. I'm sorry to leave this review but I'm truly unhappy with this experience!

We are extremely pleased with our purchases! I brought my boss to this store to purchase 2 new chairs, 1 for his wife who suffered a terrible stroke and 1 for him, we received our chairs and they are extremely comfortable and beautiful!! I would highly recommend this store the customer service was top notch also!

Outstanding customer service - Roger took the time to locate a very specific piece that we were looking for that was of much higher quality than similar items found both online and at other stores. I recommend that anyone shopping for furniture either stop by the showroom or give them a call.

My husband had back surgery and realized he needed a lift chair on the day he was scheduled to come home. My daughter and I went to Town and Country and purchased the chair on Wed. (the day before Thanksgiving). The owner took lots of time explaining the features of the chair and agreed to deliver it Thanksgiving morning. He showed up bright and early Thursday morning, set up the chair, and went over everything again. He couldn’t have been nicer. We are grateful for his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile.

What a delightful experience to buy an American made sofa, where old fashioned courtesy exists. The owner ,Roger is a Veteran & extends the courtesy to Veterans of a tax free purchase with military proof. Delivery was prompt & set up appreciated. I made a decision to purchase a sofa on the 3rd & delivery was promptly on the 7th. My sofa is beautiful & came with 4 beautiful pillows.

We had a great experience yesterday at Town and Country Furniture. Roger was a great help in choosing the right sofa as well and helping searching for fabric thru his 700 samples. I found Roger to be extremely knowledgeable about his products as well as being very affable and I enjoyed our conversation. I look forward to enjoying my sofa!

Stopped by to look at lift chairs, bc they are made in USA. Was greeted by the owner who was very knowledgeable about what he sells! Ended up purchasing a chair, and he said he delievers it free!

Thank you to Roger for assisting me in obtaining a part for a lift chair that was being given to someone in need. It took some time, but finally mission accomplished. Roger was kind enough to stop at the house to make sure the chair worked with the new part before it was given to the individual. Could not ask for better customer service!! Hopefully the individual will be comfortable & enjoy.

We went to see Roger after hearing his ads on our favorite radio station WBEN 930. Our new dining set is perfect in every way! It’s sturdy and beautiful, exactly what we were looking for. Roger guided us in our selection with helpful information and genuine appreciation for the products he offers. We ordered in November and Roger delivered and set up our furniture himself in January as promised. He even called the following day to make sure we were happy with our dining set. This place offers superb service, and quality of product and craftsmanship. We are so pleased with our purchase and Town & Country Furniture!

Horrible customer service the guy who works there named Roger is very rude and unprofessional. I talked to him on the phone trying to ask him a simple question but he said he can’t help me because I had an accent. I felt offended by his actions.
