Super helpful! Very friendly staff. Have been a customer of both the service department and sales team. I couldn't say a bad thing about the company or any of the different interactions I've had with employees over the years. It's hard to put trust in most companies these days, but Superior really is a local gem of a dealership AND mechanic shop.

Went in to view a vehicle we saw online. We were not offered a test drive, even though we were super interested. We were literally the only customers there, so it wasn’t busy. We provided our trade in information and phone number to the young salesman, but never received a call back. Guess they weren’t interested in our business. Luckily, we found a similar vehicle at a much better price elsewhere so thanks for ignoring us, I guess!

I fell in love with the car when I saw it online but it took me about a month to figure out the logistics. I got pre-qualified for a loan that fell through a few days before I was supposed to go buy it. Superior's finance guy made some magic happen and I got on a plane from Baltimore to Buffalo to get the car and drive it back home. The car is better than I could've imagined, but then again, so is everything on their lot. The paperwork was waiting for my signature when I got there. After a month of dreaming I was in and out and on the road really quickly. They checked in with me several times after I left and I could not be happier. Aidan, Tim, Sarah and Andre are all rock stars. If you're looking for a car and you live in Hamburg, or anywhere for that matter, you should check out Superior Auto Sales. I would've traveled twice as far for that kind of customer service.

I can't say enough about Sarah Izzo and the entire team at Superior Auto Sales. They truly went above and beyond in helping me safely import and transport a delicate, hard-to-move classic car from Toronto to the US.
Normally, I wouldn’t even consider tackling the complexity of international car imports, with all the documentation, logistics, and risks involved in a 1,300-mile journey. But after a friend recommended Superior Auto Sales, I decided to give it a shot.
They transformed what could have been a stressful process into an effortless experience.
Sarah is friendly, professional, and fantastic to work with. She provided clear, timely updates every step of the way throughout the entire process.

I Bought A GS350 F Sport from Tim over the internet that had been imported from Canada. Everything went smooth as could be. Communication was great throughout, shipping was as promised, and The best part was when I headed to the DMV here in Nebraska with the paperwork. The paperwork provided to me from Superior (The imported customs forms & sales paperwork) was absolutely Perfect. The DMV here is very stringent about perfect paperwork. Every T was crossed and all I's were dotted. I'm very Impressed with these folks and the business practices. Thank You Superior Auto Sales for the Great Experience and a car I Love!!

The service that was provided was outstanding and the process of explanations to the Q & A that was delivered by Sarah Fabrizio team was excellent. I would highly recommend - it is like a one stop. They have good knowledge of paperwork that's needed for the vehicle that can be registered in the USA and they have helped me the entire process and done an outstanding job. I have received all papers before time - which I can use for registering my vehicle in USA, which meet all the requirements. On the vehicle maintenance service side, they provide excellent service as well.

So, in short: This was way different than expected. Have always done business with big brand name dealerships (GMC, Toyota, Volvo). Decided to explore beyond after too many 50/50 experiences and less than stellar service (sometimes taking the path less travelled gets you to the best destination). Anyway: professionalism was top tier, communication was very prompt, completely zero pressure, paperwork was meticulous, facilities are clean and impeccable, vehicle selection is robust and high quality, and to top this off... the extended powertrain warranty (accepted nationwide and Canada) by far outperforms even the best luxury brand packages. Huge thanks to Tim, Andre, and Sarah for a very comfortable, pleasant, and professional vehicle buying experience. Definitely an experience worth coming back to, for sure. This place is definitely different, in a very good way.

I bought a 2019 Porsche Targa 911 from Richard and Sarah at Superior Auto Sales.. They made this long-distance transaction very easy. I would have never thought to buy a vehicle that far away and have it shipped to California, but they were instrumental in providing me with Photos, communication and paperwork that put my mind at ease.They went way above and beyond to make me comfortable.
