I happened upon this store after trying four different furniture stores in our area and I’m so glad i did. I live over an hour away but I loved their selection and Jim F is so friendly and helpful that I came back to make my final purchase. I’m absolutely baffled by the last review as that was not my experience at all. Sans is a great store with great people and definitely worth the drive.

The bald guy is blatantly disrespectful & can’t communicate in a professional manner. He acted like how a toddler kicks and screams when they don’t like something. The very flamboyant bald guy who crosses his legs while he sits, should take a few classes in communication and anger management. It’s safe to say I wont be furnishing any of my houses with your garbage furniture. Maybe teach your staff to treat others the way they want to be treated. You know? Im thinking that a kindergarten class might be helpful for you too.

This store was very nice we shopped 3 different store looking for a better quality product and found they had the best price most helpfull saleman and just a nice low pressure place to spend our hard earned money....

My first time buying from Sans Furniture is my last time. I bought a Flexsteel couch which showed damage within the warranty period. I contacted the store and a salesman came out to look at the couch. The foam cushions were disintegrating and leaving piles on the floor. Also a seam had popped open and the pleather was starting to crack. About a week later the salesman called back and stated that Flexsteel had determined that the damage was a result of abuse/neglect. Flexsteel does not honor their warranty and Sans Furniture doesn’t go to bat for their customers. I’ve never had a problem with a warranty claim at Raymour & Flanigan and if I did I believe that the sales staff would do what they could to help out their customers.
