Had to have my dr send over a script to rite aid for my first time because my regular pharmacy was out of my medication, the store sales associate told me they are too short staffed and they close at 7PM and open up at 9AM. Hours should be updated online and they need to provide more benefits and pay so pharmacists want to work there. Ridiculous to have my meds transferred for no reason.

I would give zero stars if I could. Any responses received thus far appear to only be because of my accurate complaints. I plan on filing a formal complaint regarding their staffing, rude inexcusable behavior from their staff, and general lack of ownership over ensuring their patients receive their necessary medications in a reasonable time frame without waiting in line for over 30 minutes, especially after trying to accommodate their new rules. Those were glaring issues before their employees lied, and were incredibly rude, one of which refused to service me because I tried recording their absolutely unacceptable behavior. This pharmacy was incredibly incompetent even before their staffing shortages. I tried my best to be understanding, but when the accommodations you make still don't help you receive your medications, then to be spoken to so rudely, avoid this place at all costs. Even Rite Aids in general because they do not support their workers nor do they care about their employees violating HIPAA to bash legitimate grievances and requests for pharmacy recommendations I requested on Facebook to get away from this place. One of their employees violating HIPPA to bash me on Facebook is inexcusable. That same employee refused to help me or tell me why she was not comfortable being recorded as she refused me service. I can't believe such incompetence is tolerated by the Hamburg community when so many people are dissatisfied.

Unsure why there are so many bad reviews. Have been using this pharmacy for 9 years and has been nothing but organized and quick with filling scripts. Everyone in the pharmacy is so kind and helpful. Nothing but a great experience every time I go whether it be drive thru or in store. Thank you for all you do!

I’ve been trying to get my medication for 3 days. My doctor sent over the script on Thursday morning and I called Thursday around 230pm to see if it was ready and the lady on the phone was frantic and yelled they are 300 prescriptions behind to fill and they wouldn’t be able to get to it. So I just had Walmart fill it with no issues in less than an hour. Now I needed another medication filled that has always been with Rite Aid and again took the Rite Aid on Pine St 3 days to fill. The lady in the drive-thru was beyond rude and i sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes while 3 different employees looked at me through the window before coming over. They also have changed their closing time to 7pm and randomly close down the drive thru. I will never be using this Rite Aid again. Seems like extremely poor management or slow work ethic by current employees.

They took 5 hours to put my antibiotics in a bottle for me. This is the last time I will go to rite aid. Ridiculous

It is very frustrating when the website says open until 9, and I go to pick up antibiotics that I need, and I find hand written signs in marker saying that the pharmacy closes at 7. If this is the case it should say so on the website, and I should not be told over the phone that I can pick up my medication after the pharmacy closes.

Have been waiting for covid test results for 6 days. Tried calling the pharmacy more than once and no one picks up. When someone did pick up they were rude and hung up the phone when I inquired about the test.

Very friendly staff especially in the pharmacy. Only a 4 star rating because I’ve purchased an iced coffee from the cold section before and it was a few months expired... which is honestly a little scary...

I like Rite Aid as a whole but everytime I go thru the drive thru, the wait is ridiculous even if your thr only one waiting, then the employees ignore the call button and when they do finally arrive, they act like you bothered them, they are miserable and I have yet to be thanked or have a nice day, nothing. It's like they hate thier job.

Helpful friendly staff. Store is well organized. Pharmacy is brushed and staff is personal. I love this store...great sales as well!
