Professional Scuba is Buffalo's fastest growing dive shop, serving the community since 1988. The staff is first class, very professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. They offer a fantastic experience and a supportive, excellent learning environment for all levels, from beginner Open Water Scuba classes all the way to professional scuba levels and advanced training like the Nitrox course. Instructors are top notch, with great knowledge in class, in the pool, and in the open water, ensuring students are never left unattended and all questions are answered. The shop itself is well stocked with everything needed, and the team is very helpful in choosing equipment and finding the right fit. The new management team is expanding training facilities, running more classes, and planning bigger trips. They offer many great local, regional, and international dive trips, including local dives in Erie County and Ontario, Canada, drift dives on the Niagara River, and weekend trips to places like Alexandria Bay. They provide great local diving opportunities and real-world dives, fostering a growing relationship with all their divers. I've been buying from and having gear serviced by Buffalo Scuba for the past 5 years. Recently completed my drysuit training through them as well. Jay, the owner, Jon, Sean and team have been practical, patient and extremely knowledge in all aspects of the training. I only wish they had been around when I first began diving.
