I have lost over 30 lbs and the people there are so nice and supportive. Machines are always clean as well as the rest of the facility. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean gym and friendly staff.gym is not to busy in the morning so you don't have to wait for use of the machines.

After reviewing my credit card statements I realized that I have been overcharged for the past several months. This is completely unacceptable. I went to the gym today and spoke with the worker and they were completely unhelpful. They claimed that the extra fee was due to “late fees”. A complete lie. They have my card on file and it is an automated payment each month. And if there was an issue with my card, why wasn’t I notified??? This is stealing. Do not join this gym.
Update: my wife spoke to the gym manager. He proceeded to tell her that they tired to call her once but her phone was disconnected. Comical. She has had the same number for over 20 years and it has never been disconnected. They said they would not refund us any $. Completely ridiculous

The Planet Fitness in Hamburg provides me exactly what I nee for my 15-minute per day weight lifting workout. The whole place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and the price is right!
