“Went in for leaking tire. A word of caution...the name Quick Lane is Ford's name for any routine service that can typically done in a couple of hours or less, not a major job that should be scheduled with the main service department. DO NOT EXPECT QUICK SERVICE! You can typically wait three or more hours for a simple service that will actually take only forty minutes of mechanics' time to complete. The only exception is if you arrive before 6am, and are one of the first five or six customers. The staff are all very pleasant and competent, the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and well appointed, so if you arrive after 7am, you can make yourself at home for a couple of hours, or have the shuttle to take you where you'd rather be. My tire was fixed nicely by the way.”

“I made an appt.to have my 4 tires replaced and upon arriving added an oil change. I waited for the work to be done. everything went smothly and was out of there in the time frame quoted. Very pleased as this was my 2nd time using them. I will continue to go back as needed in the future. i recommend them to anyone in need of auto repairs.”
