Customer service can be improved. Had to get a few documents notarized, felt like i was being an inconvenience (I am M&T customer). I got remaining documents notarized across the street and was treated really wonderfully (even though i don't have an account there). Might make sense to move my business across the street.

I had a problem with online fraudulent charges. Lynne Roche spent an extensive amount of time with me investigating the charges, and making sure that everything was safe. She was very thorough. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
