I have been going to Andrew for several years now. I am impressed with the quality of work and how he also makes suggestions to avoid larger costly repairs and save you a little money on the much needed repairs. He has a great staff and I enjoy going to the store. Best part: While other shops tell you 3-6 weeks for repair, theirs is typically 1-2 so you are not without your bike for long.

I was 30 mins out from the start of my triathlon at silver lake today. I noticed a small puncture in my tire. I brought it over to have it looked it by Love & Sprockets as they were the on-site mechanic. They did a thorough once over and said my tire should be fine. Which I understand that there are no guarantees. He noticed that my chain was on its last leg and greased it for me to help me out. Really appreciate the help!!

Awesome shop! Andy is super attentive and detail oriented. He takes the time to discuss everything with you and to male sure you are completely satisfied and comfortable. Great little shop. My wife and I stopped on a whim after looking for hours at all the other bigger bike shops, ended up walking out with a new Scott Contessa. Andy really is what sold us, took lots of time and attention with us. Made our decision much easier!

Stopped by today to have my road bike indexing fixed. Rob spent the entire day working on my bike updating my Shimano Di2 firmware and then reindexing my derailleurs. Fantastic work and customer service! Highly recommended.

Highly knowledgeable owner, takes time to listen and assess your specific cycling needs and provides pricing options. Fantastic communication regarding repairs of my various bikes, parts, and special purchases (Andrew found me the PERFECT "Cinderella" cycling shoes). It's worth the drive for this level of customer service. So happy with my Masi Vincere 105!

I stopped into this shop to have a wheel tubed. I was pleasantly greeted by the owners who immediately took care of the tube at a very reasonable price. I also was looking at a new bicycle there and the owner was VERY knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be returning to the shop to purchase the bicycle I was interested in. Thanks for your help and professionalism! Highly recommend!

I needed my bicycle tuned up which they very quickly did for me, then at the last minute decided to add on a few things and Andy was helpful and thorough. Would recommend and will go back.
