I just want to say the customer service is amazing, as a visibly Arab woman I don’t often run into the best customer service as it is a normal stigma around the Arab population but I felt very welcomed here. I could also tell that they all were very knowledgeable in what they do. They knew a lot about international shipping regarding rules and regulations when it comes to customs, which is always a plus when it comes to businesses. They were so knowledgeable to the point that someone had asked about shipping meats, and they told them the best day to even ship to meats. Also nothing beats their prices. I was referred to them from another customer in a UPS store, because the UPS store price was very high. They will run it through their system and compare prices for you with FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS, which is awesome considering you don’t have to go to several different locations. I will refer everyone I know to them! Special thanks to Andy for helping me!

Stopped in today to get a quote on shipping a taller thin package. Got a nice welcome when I walked in and customer service got better from there. The price quote for my package was less than half of what the franchise store across town was charging me. I'm moving my shipping over here tomorrow. Not a big shipper yet, but business is growing and I want to work with another, local small business.

I cannot recommend this business enough. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and just call these folks. I spent three hours trying to ship something that was a little bit complicated with UPS with no luck. Three minutes on the phone with JJ at Lind-Hart and it was taken care of, at a very reasonable price. TOTALLY worth a few extra bucks to not waste my time and be fighting mad at the lack of customer service from the big shipping companies.

Stopped at Lind-Hart today to mail a package… in and out in less than 8 minutes. Why does ANYONE go to the post office when you can go to Lind-Hart?!? Family owned and spectacular service!! I can’t say enough about how great they are. Don’t stand in line at the post office… especially this time of year! Lind-Hart can do it all and they do!!

I receive many packages about 50% of the time they look pre-opened. It is a felony to open people's mail and I recommend anyone who receives packages here to check and see if it looks tampered with. Mine always seem to be so easy to open because they have already opened them previously. Not good business at all. I will be reporting to the FBI and US Postal Inspector. This is a federal offense meaning whomever you have in there that is doing this can go to jail.
