BUYERS BEWARE!!!I purchased a 1996 Porsche Turbo from this dealership through BaT earlier this year. The car was $250,000+. The experience was awful. Rick is not a man of his word and I caution anyone from dealing with him or his dealership.When I went to visit the car in person and pick it up, I found that it had a large scratch that wasn't disclosed in the auction ad. I was promised the dealership would cover the repair. When I got the car home, I found the odometer did not work properly and wasn't registering miles. I'm a car collector and buy cars all the time. I've never had a car with an odometer problem.I went to the dealer first and explained I didn't want the car. Despite telling me they sold it to cheap, they would not buy it back. I then went to BaT who was courteous enough to refund my $5000 buyers fee, which I accepted when the dealer promised to also make the odometer and paint repair.Rick agreed to these repair refunds, in writing, and said via text that he was sending me a check. After almost two months, I text him and he refused to honor his word, stating that the refund from BaT was adequate and I wasn't due the reimbursements for the paint and odometer repair ($1751 on a $250,000 purchase).Anyone considering buying from this group, please feel feee to email me as I will be glad to share texts and emails which support this review. A bunch of missed areas on my yukon xl.I had a new truck coated in Michigan and the job was complete so I know not all Krown shops rush jobs. In my case I give 2 stars because the woman squeezed me into an early morning appointment but the vehicle had multiple very obvious spots that were missed. If I wanted to get only the just of it, I would spray it myself by just reaching under with a garden sprayer with oil and fuel mix. I hire this service in hopes to have a more complete coverage but that did not happen. If I do this again anywhere, I will not send my wife, I will go and check it afterward.

I would give zero stars if I could...Sarah Fabrizio was one of the nastiest people I have ever spoke to. She handled the paperwork after we bought our jeep from out of state and was in charge of sending sent the documents to a local notary that she recommended. When she messed up the paper work, she blamed the notary (who kept all of the documents she provided on file) and then when that didn't work, she blamed me. I had to ask her to only contact me in writing after she started calling me names on the phone when discussing her mistake. Even in writing she was unprofessional and resorted to name calling, instead of just admitting the mistake and making it right. The notary (who she recommended) also said that she called and harassed them and asked me to report her. In the end, I paid the additional $120 fee to fix the problem even though she put in writing that she would take care of it. However, the worst part was that she was so ugly to everyone involved.

I was impressed from the first call I made to them right up to the delivery. My salesperson was Richard and he was kind, patient and had great follow through. Rick so very to the point but I appreciated his honesty. Andre helped me with the financing and was very transpartent and made sure I got the car right on time and it was perfect. Call Richard today and he will do the same for you!

I just called and asked for a test drive since I live an hour away. I drove the hour to test drive the vehicle. I waited patiently since there was another test drive going. I was given the keys to look it over while the salesman said he was grabbing the plates. I waited for quite a while and the salesman finally came out, but with no plates. He asked what I thought and I expressed again that I wanted to test drive the vehicle. He then said oh let me check if you can test drive it. What? He never even asked formy license and it became clear he had no desire to let me test drive the vehicle. He then said if I wasn't willing to pay full price, then I couldn't test drive the vehicle. How an I supposed to know if I like it if I haven't even test driven the vehicle?? He literally treated me like I was a peasant and couldn't afford the car or something. By this point, I was very aggravated. I told him you low balled me on my trade in and then told me basically if I don't pay the asking price (5k over value), then I can't test drive the car. He then told me modified cars are worth more if they are German haha. I said thanks for wasting my time and got in my vehicle. He responded I didn't waste your time, which I responded yes you did...I requested a test drive, drove an hour, and you won't even let me test drive it. As I was driving away, he (Richard) called me a fucking asshole. I will admit, I responded just as vulgarly. Oddly enough, on my way home, the GM called and left a message saying he would give me more for my trade in and would be willing to drop the price on the BMW. Really? After all that? I'd never purchase a car from these people.

Let me start by saying that you often brace yourself when going into or even calling a car dealership. You mentally prepare yourself for the "pushy salesmen"....well...not here at Superior Auto! Instead, you will get friendly people who don't try to push anything on you. They're helpful. They actually listen and they are more than accommodating. That was my experience with everyone I interacted with at Superior Auto!If I could give Superior Auto and the staff 100 stars, I would!Specifically, Aiden Masterson & Richard Izzo, both sales consultants are who you want to ask for! They are the best!Aiden went above and beyond in helping me by being completely prepared with all the answers to any of the questions I would have and for any questions he did not know the answer to (which was not many) he went to the person who could answer them and gave me their info as well!There was never a moment in which I felt pressured or unsure, as Aiden made my experience smooth and easy.I simply could not have asked for anything to have gone any better unless I was getting a vehicle for free!All of my calls were answered or returned promptly and even though they are very busy, they made me feel as if I was their top priority and my business truly mattered to them. After I made my decision as to what I wanted to buy, it was time for the often dreaded task of filling out applications and waiting for the call from someone in the business/finance department. Well, let me tell you....this was probably the most satisfying part of my experience here!Aiden directed me to their website, sascars.com and told me exactly which page to go to to fill out my application. At the same time, I was able to send a picture of any documentation they needed (which was not much) very quickly all while still on the phone with him so that he could make sure it was received!I was extremely and pleasantly surprised when I received a call, not only on the very same day, but within a couple hours from their bussines/finance manager, Mr. Andre Borusowski, Andre is THE MOST amazing, experienced, knowledgeable and intelligent man that I have ever spoke to in a business finance sense. And I mean every word of that! Andre was very straightforward, honest and knew exactly what he was talking about, which made me feel extremely comfortable and I knew that I was getting the best possible rate, price, warranty and everything else that goes with the financial part of buying a new vehicle!Definitely no BS and no hidden agenda or fees or words that you don't understand here. He did not sugar coat anything, he gave it to me exactly like it was and treated me with the utmost respect, he answered every single question that I had for him with complete candor and pleasantness. Superior Auto Sales was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with.Excellent customer service all around and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend anyone to go see them! You will NOT be disappointed!The entire process was stress free and actually enjoyable! Go see them, you will be happy you did! Oh and just in case anyone is wondering....I am now VERY happily driving a beautiful 2016 Chevy Tahoe LT and her name is "Betty"! My older children love it, my younger children love it, my grandchildren love it and everyone who's seen it loves it... but most importantly I love it! LOL

The absolute worst. Long story short went to take a vehicle for a test drive, drove an hour and a half to get here, the vehicle want anything described as it was on their website, and the guy tried pulling the ol' well you should've told me that on the phone, even though I just talked to him just a couple hours ago. Wish they had the zero star option

I’ve dealt with this dealership. Purchased vehicles with great results. Have had several vehicles serviced with 100 % accuracy. They even arranged transport on a Custom 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. Owners are awesome. Great selection of vehicles.

Allie was so wonderful to work with! So professional, friendly, and helpful! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, everyone at Superior Auto Sales made it easy and quick. Allie took the time to help me connect my phone to my new car after purchasing, and was very knowledgeable with all the questions I had. Purchased a 2015 jaguar xf with 33k on it. Drove it from the lot to my job ( 15 miles) and have to get it towed back to their shop after coolant leak. I then picked it up later in the week, drive it to my job and had to have it towed back to their shop for the same problem. I then picked my car up later that week. Check engine light came one with 7days of finally getting to drive my car so I took it to Jaguar dealership. 250 bucks later I find out it was simply hoses that weren't reconnected from their repair. They won't reimburse me so I'll see them in small claims court.... what a shame.

I felt compelled to write a review for this place because the negative comments here seem very disingenuous. I found a 2016 Dodge Caravan R/T they had listed on Cars.com with 42k miles and all the features we wanted at a great price ($18,900). I'm in Rochester so I called first and spoke with Allie. She was very friendly and upfront with me about the cars history (where it came from, past owners, etc). Turns out, the dealership had been using the vehicle to transport their service customers so it had an additional 2k miles than the listing showed. But without me having to ask, she knocked $700 off the price and gave me exactly what I asked for my trade-in (a 2008 caravan with so much rust you could practically see through it). Based on the reviews here on Yelp I was a bit nervous about what I might be walking into - was this a bait-n-switch? But I took the leap and drove out to Buffalo to see the vehicle for myself (with a bank check in hand). Turns out my fears were completely unwarranted. Allie was just as friendly and helpful in person as she was on the phone. She put the car up on a lift so I could fully inspect it inside & out, and gave me as much time as I needed to look it over and test drive it. It was exactly as advertised, and better - for a 4 year-old minivan (with tough northern winters) this thing was practically new. Also worth noting, the owner of the dealership, Mr. Izzo (90 years young) was there on-site. While I was waiting in the showroom he came over and introduced himself. We had a great conversation about Buffalo, Rochester, the history of the dealership, family/life, etc. Turns out Super Auto is a family run business (Allie is his grand daughter I think he said) and his sons work there too. Of course, everyone's experiences are their own, but my experience with this dealership was nothing but positive. Don't let the negative reviews here scare you away. These are good people and I'd definitely do business with them again. I just wish they had a location closer to Rochester! PS - We've driving the car home and had it for a week with no issues. I'll post an update here if anything changes.
