5 nights on the road. 4 of them we stayed in Hampton Inns including Hamburg, New York. We were not disappointed with any of their locations. Clean, fresh rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good locations, and quiet. Hot breakfasts with lots of choices and best of all, Good Coffee!Safety: Upon arrival we noticed the Inns were well lighted outside. Hallways and rooms all had good lighting with no burned out bulbs. Hallway Exit signs and room smoke detectors were present and working. The room doors were solid with good locks. We felt safe.

A good sized room and accepted our dog with a rather high $50 pet fee. No instruction to use streaming type TV and unable to contact front desk for help (phone not working). Good access to the highway.

Rude staff when calling to book a dog friendly room on September 11 at 1am. Rude as soon as she answered the phone, like she was bothered we woke her up. When I asked her to explain the EXTENSIVE CLEANING that they charge for a dog friendly room, she said she DOESN'T WORK IN HOUSE KEEPING and doesnt know. Uneducated staff. We will book at the Hilton tonight instead.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. More specific the rooms were dirty. The common areas were clean. When I arrived and went to my room room there was splatters on the headboard wall. Called the front deck and changed rooms, same thing. This one also had nasty dead rose pedals around the beds. Next room, again splatters on the walls, minus the rose pedals, and smelled like a dumpster. Next room, this time the girl at the front desk went to check the rooms before she set us it. 15 min later we had a room. Still not great but that was the best it was going to get. I cleaned that bathroom floor my self and the dirt turned the towel black. I just wanted to have somewhere to stand that wouldn’t turn my feet black.Rooms: Dirty.

My only complaint was the price. Way too expensive at 300 a night. Rooms were small. Right off the Thruway. Attentive staff.

Had to wait two hours to get into my room that was booked in advance. Never had room service. So the trash wasnt taken out .and I used the towel to move the trash and toenails out of the bathroom floor .so I had to wear my shoes just to get out of bed. But I will say the beds where clean .Rooms: Not so clean

The rooms smell like feet. We had our room switched at least once...still feet smell. The lock for the men's room in the lobby does not work. Staff seems very friendly and are doing their best. Poor design of the building. Pool right next to elevators. Floor is always wet and dangerous. Carpets in the bedroom are an old trend. Hence the chlorine and feet smell in the room. Pillows are not very comfortable. Could use an update

The location was awesome. Had the desk clerk named Frank helped me with my luggage and was very helpful and kind. The room was really nice and the breakfast was very good.

I always stay in Hampton hotels because of their quality mattresses they have on their beds. This specific Hampton had a cheap very uncomfortable mattress. My shoulders kept hurting me and waking me up.

Very clean and very well taken care of property. If you are just passing through like we were, it's well worth the few extra minutes in the car to drive down and look at the lake at sunset. Spectacular!
