Dropped off my 2021 Honda Navi after purchasing it here brand new a couple years ago. My sales experience was good, no games no gimmicks. Took it here for a recall and it wasnt running right...service department flushed and cleaned my fuel system at a reasonable price and timely manner. Now given i live 5 min from Weavers but i refuse to go there. Hamburg honda is way better.

I purchased my first motorcycle here and it was a great experience. The staff answered all the questions I had and the process was much easier than I expected. I would recommend going here for anyone, even if you plan on purchasing somewhere else go here before and you won’t be disappointed.

Purchased a new Honda 150 dual sport and drove 2 hours to get it. Brought it back home and unloaded it to find the air cleaner box full of gasoline and running down the side of the bike. Bike obviously won’t start. Was told that I would have to bring it back taking up another day. This was the second purchase of over 12,000 in total. Very poor service after the sale. Buyer beware.

Had a PGM-FI warning light issue with my Honda NC700x. I called Bob Weaver where I purchased my bike 4 months ago. They seemed disinterested in investigating over the phone, gave me a couple off-the-dome suggestions that turned out to be very inaccurate, and encouraged me to bring the bike into the shop with an estimated month-long wait before they could even take a look.I then called Hamburg Honda. Ashley in the services department spent a good amount of time on the phone digging into what the issue might be. She was patient and thorough, and her efforts resulted in me being able to fix the issue myself, saving me a great deal of time and money. Thank you, Ashley!

I’m in from out of town and called to get a oil change on my trike, they said they were booked up but when I told them I wasn’t going to be here long they made room for me. They were very professional and accommodating they even took the time to install a neutral switch for me! I’ve heard horror stories about places that won’t work on older bikes but mines a2008 trike. They were great

Wow what an Amazing Dealership. I'm from Wisconsin and was traveling back from the main when I discovered my rear tire on my 2014 gold wing was not going to make it back to Wisconsin. I called 6 different dealerships along the way and NO ONE would help us out so we were heading to Niagara falls so I found Hamburg Honda called them and they said as soon as I get into town they would help me out. And boy did they not only did they have a rear tire in stock they also had a front available which I had them put on. Came in around 12:30 and was back on the road by 1:35 wow amazing and the cost was reasonable. If I lived in Hamburg this would be my dealership for parts supplies and work that I couldn't do. A Big thank you goes out to Ashley who made my day the day before by telling me I could come down and get the work done the bike technician David for his great service and the rest of the staff. 5 stars are not enough. Thanks Again Hamburg Honda.

Through the years I bought three new honda atvs from them. I purchased a honda pioneer 1000 from them and have it serviced there regularly when maintenance is due.
