Stopped in to discuss a warranty issue recently since their website says to bring any warranty issues to their attention. The clerk who assisted me was rude and dismissive. She clearly did not care about my concerns. I will now direct all future business to Monacos in Hamburg. Much friendlier and better customer support.

Love this place! large selection of healthy plants at reasonable prices and good customer service they also have a nice variety of
outdoor ornaments solar lights bird baths. You won't be disappointed going there.

Gullo’s did an amazing job with my landscaping job. The whole experience from start to finish was hassle free. The design was perfect and looks beautiful!!! The work was done very professionally and done it a very timely manner and they cleaned up and Hauled away all the debris! Thank you Gullos garden center! I Highly recommend them.

Lived in the Northtowns for many years and my go -to nursery was Russell’s Tree and Shrub Farm. Loved the quality and quantity of their items. When I moved to the Southtowns, I tried a few garden centers and it was ok, until I noticed many people used Gullo’s. Their landscaping always stood out and was the type of quality of work I was looking for. I needed to replace dying junipers, and wanted more of a maintenance free yard with less trimming, now that I’m getting older. Tony came out quickly and listened to my needs. I replaced 14 bushes. The bushes looked healthy and a good size, but a few looked like they were already dormant, but Gullo’s immediately understood and switched out a few, to make sure this customer is happy. At the last minute I decided I wanted a small island around a tree, and they also accommodated my request. Not only are we thrilled with the results, so do our neighbors. They all stop and tell us our yard is the most beautiful on the street. 5 ⭐️. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience with our landscaping from Gullo’s. Tony and the workers were, easy to work with, and very respectful. The landscaping came out just the way we wanted it. Tony came up with an excellent design that was perfect for us.

We had Gullos do new landscaping in our front yard. The crew arrived on time, everyone was professional and did a great job on a very hot day. All the plants look great. Gullos also provides instructions on how to care for your plants once planted. This is the second house we have used Gullos for landscaping. I love how the plants look good all year long.

We chose Gullo's to do landscaping and we're really happy with how it turned out and have gotten multiple compliments. Tony Gullo really listened to what our priorities were and at the same time steered us toward what he knew would be successful. The team that installed were efficient, friendly, and obviously took great pride in their work by leaving our property cleaned up at the end of every day.
We made a couple trips to their Garden Center and every staff member we asked questions of was so knowledgeable and patient.
Overall our experience was wonderful!

We want to say thank you to the Gullo's team for their professionalism, conscientiousness and down to earth approach! Seth really took the time to understand our dream, and with his experience and the magic of modern computer aided design brought it to life. Foreman Rob was polite, knowledegable, hardworking, and patient enough to work with us and our quirky requests. The crew that followed Rob's lead consisted of college age gentlemen who were a pleasure to be around. All were polite and as excited as we were to bring the project to completion. We have completed many home renovations through the past few years, and the Gullo's team was, by far, the best we've worked with.

We recently had Gullo’s come out to enhance our backyard landscaping. Seth was very knowledgeable on what plants we needed to help with some standing water. He also assisted with updating our current landscaping. The crews we had were professional and friendly. They cleaned up when they were done and made sure the gates were closed so the dogs didn’t get out. Seth and his crew are very reliable and we thank him for his guidance.

Gullo's has been my go-to nursery for almost 30 years. Their selection of annuals/baskets is always top-notch and their Xmas trees are worth the value. Decades ago they re-landscaped our porch area - never had any regret. We moved into a townhome 7 years ago and the landscaping around the patio needed to be perked up. Seth, our designer, is a true professional. He listened to what we wanted and tried to implement existing plants while including my favorites. He made several site visits this spring to check sunlight since we have an awning. His design met our needs. His installation crew, headed by Robert, were very polite and worked diligently. I could not be happier. I feel that I got an excellent value for the money.
