I've been coming to see these guys for a little over a year now. Always a pleasure to see. Bob has helped me in a jam on more then one occasion. I also always appreciate how through Mark is when he looks over my car. It's a good feeling knowing what's going on with your car, good or bad. It's nice to see an honest and up front repair service! Thank you guys.

Don't EVER go to Goodyear to get anything done - the only reason I'm here now is to finish out a packet of 5 wheel alignments I bought last year.They are wayyy overpriced, don't cut Any breaks, misadvertise (oil changes and such $39.99 - that ONLY apply to really old cars, and specifically at the Camp Rd. Hamburg one; there representative up front (Brad) is a "know it all" superficial person that even lies to customers on the phone (in front of Other customers in lobby) sating things like "i'm sorry sir, i'm hard of hearing myself, can you repeat that...I've been dealing with Brad for 3-4 years and he's around 40 years old and Does Not have a hearing issue, on top of that he charges you the maximum on whatever you get done and "highly suggests," to get things done when they don't "NEED" to be done right away - specifically so that his commission is more.There's other (small) issues as well, but he's the main one!

Recently had my brakes, rotes and calibers complex at the Hamburg, New York location. Bradley the service advisor was extremely helpful and honest. Bradley, Joseph and bob were awesome. We were on a long drive from Sarasota Florida to Buffalo New York and ended up with a screw in our tire and these guys were able to get me in and out fast and efficiently. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them as I prepared for my 20 Hour Dr. back to Florida thanks guys and much appreciated for the great work.

guy i spoke to on the phone on 11/25/22 was a real dickk, wouldnt tell me a price to r and r a alternator, i guess they wont let customers bring in there new parts. Even if they know what needs to be placed, !! goodyear and firebone must love to mark up and gouge the prices for parts. If the customer brings in a new part, and it solves the problem, then no wait time to get the part from a store!! Thats if they have it in stock and dont have to special order it,in and out no wait or down time, so they can move on to the next job,

We were driving cross country with young children and had a flat due to a nail. Goodyear got us in quickly despite other work they needed to do and got us back in the road quickly, at reasonable cost.
