Disorganized and very expensive. There are 2 retail stores in the same plaza as this one plus a bunch of others around the Hamburg area just a couple minutes away from this plaza that have way cheaper clothing and its brand new, Ollie's and Gabe's. Now Ollie's doesn't have that much clothing but I found the item I was looking for there brand new for less than this GW charged for a used one. I am glad I checked there before buying at GW. As for clothing Gabe's prices will easily match the prices in this store or be less. Old Navy and JC Penney in the McKinley mall are not far away from this store and those stores have reasonably priced clothing as well plus its new. They were charging $6-8 for a used stuffed animal and most of them were priced in that range. I get them for 25 cents to $1 consistently at yard sales. In order for me to purchase something at GW in used condition it has to be priced less than retail because its a used item obviously, and that is not the case with this store. The pricing was just ridiculous and I won't be shopping here again.

Good place to work! Amazing boss and coworkers! No we don't get first dips on items, we have to wait for it to be on the floor 24 hours before buying but over all a good place to shop regardless. I used to shop here constantly before working here. Now I still do! The prices are still highly reasonable and stillmy favorite place to shop for cool stuff!Friendly staff, clean store and honestly an over all positive vibe!

You can tell that the CEO has given himself a raise with our dollars....such a shame that employees get first dibs on items and leave the scrappy stuff for us at ridiculous high prices....

This is one of the smaller thrift stores in the area, and it's pretty junky. Things are broken and overpriced, and I have never found any real treasures here. I bought a kid's construction vehicle, but when I got home I realized 1 of the 6 wheels was missing and there were dead spiders/cobwebs inside, yuck.

Went to donate a good amount of items to the donation trailer and the attendant was the rudest person I encounter. Refused to give me a receipt and also refused to take several baby items which I've seen them trying to sell a used baby crib for $125.00. This guy probably was serving his community service and looked the least bit motivated to do anything The store has ridiculous prices nothing but junk piling up due to the high prices. I suspect the owner is cherry picking donations and selling it on e commerce. Do not donate to these crooks. They get cheap labor from convicts and teens serving community service while they pocket profits from free donations. Goodwill should no longer 501 C 3 non profit they are greedy and do nothing for the community taking advantage of low wage earners while they overprice free donations. This specific location in Hamburg I seen them bus in kids with disabilities and make them take stuff from the store so the owner can keep and sell online. He was telling them what to grab and put in carts. They priced out the people who depend on thrift stores which they could not normally afford. Goodwill your sham and make me sick

This location was the the last to raise their prices and now its almost hilarious what they are charging for items. You will no longer see any collectibles, vintage toys, ect. I suspect they are taking items and trying to sell them on line. FOR PROFIT Goodwill. I no longer donate to Goodwill. The prices are no longer for folks with little means. Resellers have ruined every thrift store as you can see in the increased prices.

Store is not bad considering all of the good finds i I have managed from this location. Only issue is the cashiers are ether vanished from sight and you have to find them to cash out or they are on their phones constantly. But other then that I have no complaints, this place if well kept for the most part and again alot of good finds!
