The Pharmacist and the women assistant are rude and uncaring. I witness several times they were being rude to seniors and just about everyone. They won't even look at you just ask you do you have your insurance card. I reported them to NYS they were deny COVID shots to people who didn't have insurance during the times the shots were free and reimbursed by the government. These two need of be terminated. I no longer go there and never will again.

Doesnt restock medication on time, all locations do not accept calls to speak with a pharmacist, instead they make you leave a message and return calls 3 plus hours later, I have to drive there and wait 20minutes just to ensure they fill my medication in the morning when I need to pick it up it each month. Worst pharamacy ive ever experienced.

Fast service. Guest service counter/checkout is always friendly and personable. Love the new self-checkout.Some great low-cost best-kept-secrets finds! Because of them, this is a somewhat regular stop now; whereas before, I only went in for scripts very occasionally.

Never had a bad experience picking up my medication the past few years but today very much changed that. A lady I never encountered before maybe late 30s-40s a didn’t catch her name she’s brunette but I will definitely next time, she had me wait for a good amount of time to pick up my meds and didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there, when I finally spoke up and said “hi” she very rudely responded “give me a minute” and continued to take her very sweet time doing whatver it was she was doing in a slow manner. After a good amount of more time went by she finally came over and I apologized and said “I didn’t mean to rush u I just have to pick up my niece” who I would’ve been on time for had I known the awful pharmacy lady would make such a project and time consuming event out of me getting my medication she didn’t even look up and cut me off with “fine, name and DOB” she again took a very long time to go get my medication longer then I’ve ever had to wait she walked back and forth thru the medication area multiple times before grabbing mine, the lady in line behind me was shocked overseeing this experience and spoke up to me about it. She is terribly rude and should check herself, ur job is to give me my medication don’t get it twisted and make me feel like an inconvenience asking you to do ur job lmao get help fr.

We have used this pharmacy for years. Recently, in the last year or so, there has been a drastic decline in service. We are changing to Walgreens.

Nice place friendly staff old place no drive thru for pharmacy have to park go into store can be a pain as Tim Hortons is next door and most rimes very busy

The women at the Pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. I scheduled a COVID19 Booster shot and walked out after dealing with this rude women giving me the stink eye like I was a peasant. I filed a complaint with the Erie County Health DEPT and the NYS COVID 19 inspector general. 10,000 questions being ask for when I filled out everything out on my online appointment and then refused a shot without an insurance card when these shots ARE FREE.

Extremely rude when I called about at homeCovid test availability. I understand they must be getting calls left and right but I have no way of knowing at home if they have them or not. The woman before I even got my question out snapped and said we’re all out, we’re all out and hung up the phone. Sure, it must be annoying saying the same thing all day but have a little bit of empathy. My goodness.
