Recently purchased wing foil equipment. Doug is a wealth of knowledge and a great person. He was willing to spend two hours on a Saturday to answer my questions and place me with the right gear.When he heard from another member in the community that I was struggling on my first session, he called me out of the blue and asked if there was anything he could do to help out.Absolutely unparralleled customer service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I purchased a set of five forty Skiboards and Alpina ski boots. He was considerably cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Doug spent the time helping me with boots and adjust the bindings. Top notch service. Highly recommend!!

I bought a 460 mast and extension yesterday. I drove more than 2 hours to the store and it was worth the drive. Doug is a great guy. He took my mast and boom to sell on consignment. Good deal lots of windsurfing equipment. Very knowledgeable. I definitely will buy more and support this store

Great experience! Found a great deal on a pair of ski blades for me and the mrs...i ended up calling the day after i placed the order to inquire about waxing. He was about to call me anyways for boot sizes for the bindings, uber nice, everything shipped out the next business day. Definitely recommend and will be ordering from here again!

Ordered a couple pairs of 5 forty ski blades from here for me and my wife. We live in Canada. The attn to detail during international shipping process was top notch. Doug called multiple times to make sure every detail correct and that I got them the same week I ordered them which I did, despite Doug making “no promises”, so I could enjoy them that weekend. I couldn’t be happier with quality of product.

So, my middle age self, sister and our four teenagers had a lesson, last week in July, in Sailboarding with Doug. It was amazing! I forgot how gorgeous the lake is south of Buffalo. We were smiles ear to ear! It is not an easy task to balance on the board trying to catch the wind just so. Doug was great in training us up on dry land on a simulator. We all got in the water and he continued giving pointers and being patient. It was challenging, but we had lots of time and space to really sink our teeth into it. This is something I can enjoy with my kids.
