John was absolutely amazing, even tho I was just buying a pillow he helped me find the best one in my price range and made sure it was perfect for me. He has a great personality and doesn’t shove things in your face like normal sales people he genuinely helps you find what your looking for. I loved my pillow so much I went to see him to buy another one a week later. Kyle was a lot of fun too we talked about getting our nails done!

I have shopped at most of the mattress stores in the area and noticed that city mattress sales people are by far the most knowledgeable and most professional. They point you in the right direction and give you the space and time to decide. I dealt with Sean and he answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales. In the past I bought a mattress at a different mattress store that advertises huge savings but i had to get a new mattress after a year. I will return to city mattress again and again. Their delivery people were also very professional and prompt.2 years later and my stearns and foster is still going strong. Still extremely comfortable.

After spending 4 years sleeping in a recliner due to persistent back pain I walked into City Mattress a month ago in search of a better option. Anne, the store manager spent almost 3 hours helping to determine the issues I had with regular mattresses. She narrowed down the best options and had the patience while I spent extended time trying out each of the options. I am now 30 days into my new Prana mattress & adjustable base. I cannot believe the amount of lower back support that this mattress provides. Based on my sleep needs or back pain I can adjust the bed with the push of a button. I'm not gonna lie, you will spend good money for the right sleep solution but it's more than worth it. They say you get what you pay for and that is a fact. All I know is people spend a lot of money on living room sets or kitchen appliances but don't like spending it on their mattress. We spend a 1/3 of our lives in bed and the quality of our sleep affects our whole lives. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase and I cannot say enough good things about Anne and the service she provided to me. Thank You!

Just had a great experience with Kyle at the Hamburg store. He's the most down to earth salesperson I've ever met. I recently ordered a bed from a competitor, and ended up having a bad experience and canceled my order. Kyle had me try a few different matresses and I got the one I liked. Great salesperson!

If you need delivery, this is the best price overall. Others are a little cheaper but city doesn't charge delivery making the best choice. Great staff!

I highly recommend this place! We had the pleasure of working with Sean Morgan. He was fantastic, no pressure and we didn’t feel rushed. Once we made our decision on a mattress, he wanted us to still take our time testing it out, which I appreciated! He is SUPER knowledgeable. Ask for Sean!

My wife and I stopped by the City Mattress in Hamburg to try out one of the "Bed in a Box" mattresses being advertised on TV. We were greeted by Sean one of the Sleep Experts in store that day. From the minute we stepped foot in the store till the delivery crew left the house taking the time to make sure everything was as expected - we couldn't give a higher review.We had a few last minute changes to the order we were unsure would be able to be honored and everyone we spoke to bent over backwards to make it happen. Follow up calls from the store after delivery making sure everything was ok - when does that happen anymore??We will never shop at any other store when looking for quality bedding in the future. Do yourself a favor when in the market - stop and see Sean and gang at City Mattress!Kudos to you all - thanks
