I’ve been a customer of Brooks since Moses wore short pants. Since time of memorial. ? The amazing staff who work there is what makes that place special, Ryan, Kim, Ed, and everyone else makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend everyone switch pharmacies to this amazing place.I love these people with all my heart , they actually care about their customers, and have helped me tremendously.-BJH

I have been using brooks pharmacy for 15 years and have always been treated with respect and medication is always filled on time. I love supporting the local mom and pop stores by my house and will continue to do so.

I would highly recommend this pharmacy - when a medication was not covered by my grandmothers insurance this pharmacy went above and beyond to facilitate my grandmother‘s needs in order to afford the medication needed to save her lifeTHANK YOU BROOKS PHARMACY

Excellent! Excellent customer service. COVID testing is easy and quick. Easy to schedule online and testing is done inside by the Pharmacist. Certified test results are delivered to you securely online (via test message) within minutes. No need to go searching around for test sites, Brooks is conveniently located right here in Hamburg.

My family and I have been going there for many many years and absolutely love the pharmacists and their service. Love supporting small family businesses!However, that is not the case anymore with Brooks. The cashier during the week is aweful. She has been there for a very long time, and as time goes by her attitude gets worse. My opinion and observation is solely why I am writing this review, as I believe she crossed the line to many times on being completely rude and disrespectful towards myself.Where do I start!?!.... She is always rude!! She is NEVER friendly! My experience as a business owner and I run a County owned Tx facility, I've learned your staff should be comforting, outgoing, friendly and very compassionate!! Never will you experience that w/that cashier!! The pharmacist yes, especially Kim, she is GREAT!!BUT, the cashier, she should not be working directly w/ people! She was rude to this writer and I feel purposely made me wait longer after I gave her a attitude back. Should I have??? No!!! Probably not, but that day I was not in a good place and she surely made my experience even worse at Brooks.Also, While waiting for my grand daughters medicine an elderly man cashed out and as he passed by me, he was speaking very badly about that same cashier and called her a few names. Honestly, I do not blame him. She was speaking to him like a child in a condescending tone. She truly was being exactly what he called her.5 stars for Brooks pharmacy/pharmacists, but I subtracted 3 stars for that cashier with the long brownish hair. She is basically the only person you deal with there, so literally Brooks should reconsider getting a new cashier and putting her in the back where she does not deal with customers! I know I am not the only person who feels this way about her. A colleague of mine said the same thing when I told her about what had happened to me. She stated she went there a few times and each time she was treated rudely by the same cashier. But plz note that my colleague did not stop going to Brooks due to that cashier. She stopped as she found her RX cheaper at a different pharmacy.Also note, I normally do not write reviews unless I absolutely love an establishment or I absolutely had a bad experience. Clearly you can tell why I wrote this one!If this was a one time deal, I would brush it off, as maybe she had a bad day...but that is not the case. She is miserable EVERY TIME IVE BEEN IN THERE! You can try to be nice to her, doesn't matter, she is still rude. Sorry for the long response, but I felt it was my duty as a paying customer to give or take away credit as it is dually earned or discerned. Stay safe and healthy.

Horrible experiences and my wife and I have been coming here for years, but not any longer! They messed up my daughter's prescription because of basic incompetence nothing more. Put the WRONG date In the computer for her seizure meds so insurance won't cover because it looks like it's too early. Said something about prior Auth needed to be back dated but that's not what the insurance company said when I called. They screwed up so I transferred our 8 prescriptions to another pharmacy!! Good luck to who stays

Terrible, terrible pharmacy to go to! Do not go there if you value your time and simply don't want to spend HOURS on the phone with your insurance company trying to get things fixed that they screwed up!! REPEATEDLY!!!!!!!!

I had ordered a pair of compression stockings as I do every year. I called ahead to make sure they were in and they were. Went to pickup my order and was greeted by rude and snarky pharmacist and help. After waiting 25 minutes I was told don't be a crybaby these things take time. Obviously I will not go back - beyond rude.

I didnt have to wait to long but you have to make an appointment then when you get there you call the number tell them your there then u wait in car till someone comes out and gives test annwser in 15 min
