Love Blue Rooster! If you're in Hamburg you have to stop in and see this place. They have so many amazing items, and a lot are local made. They do classes all the time, and they even have an online shopping event that's so much fun. The owners are amazing and so nice. Blue Rooster is a staple of Hamburg and WNY.

I've been following Blue Rooster on social media for quite some time, since they offer different classes, including crafts. They have been holding live shopping events on Facebook since COVID-19 began. Last Thursday I tuned into one. It was a lot of fun, and I couldn't stop watching. It was like local HSN or QVC. When an item was coming up, you claimed it with "sold" and your email address. It was a very entertaining time. I ended up buying one item, and wanted to buy more. They offer delivery to the first ring suburbs around Hamburg. I was within the delivery circle. They have really cute items, including handmade. Most items are farm house style, or rustic. They also have jewelry and items made by local people as well. It is a really great mix of items. I received my items 3 days later at my door. The exchange was great. I really look forward to shopping with them future Thursdays, and hopefully in the store one day.

Poor customer services. I stopped in the store over 2 weeks ago in which I drove from Tonawanda because no one ever answered the phone and the hours were changed. I placed an order put down a deposit and the owner advised me that she would call me back with a time frame. Two weeks and 3 message and nothing. I called today and cancelled order. This is not away to run a business. I just hope I get my deposit back.

Cute place, nice items, reasonable prices but...I ordered some Dixie Bell paint through them, followed up 3 times to see if it was in yet, said it was back ordered. That was 3 months ago and still haven’t gotten a call.

Love this place. The classes are so much fun and Chuck and Leann are so welcoming and helpful. Everyone gets the opportunity to put their own unique touch on the crafts.

Blue Rooster is a fun, unique and creative way to spend the night out with loved ones here in the Southtowns. It is definitely a place you can visit multiple times and have a different project to work on each time. Their storefront has beautiful and unique handmade products for sale.
