I used to spend a great deal of money at your stores even considered opening my own shop at 1 point. At 1 time, this location was my go to for anything automotive. What changed? You hire morons! Complete idiots that expect me to ask them for permission to buy parts! I’m well aware business doesn’t depend on repeat customers anymore, you folks just insult yours

Stopped in to replace two wipers for a fleet vehicle. Had issues with the fleet card, which was on my end. The employees were overly patient and assisted on getting the transaction to complete. The employees also took the time to install the wiper blades free of charge. Excellent customer service.

I needed an unusual spark plug for my little tiller. I went to a few auto parts stores on Camp Road in Hamburg looking for it. Most of them just brushed me off. However Collin from Autozone went above and beyond to find it for me!
He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He found it in Pennsylvania and had it sent to.his store for me to pick up. And it only took 2 days!
I won't ever shop elsewhere when I need parts!

I had a very obscure brake light switch that I needed to find, and no other auto parts store could help me, but AutoZone could! Jesse, the store manager went out of his way to search up and down to find what I needed and I am so grateful. They really helped me out! Definitely recommend!
